We worked with Lisa on our summer 2025 Alaska cruise on the Disney Wonder. Lisa answered all of our questions promptly, helped us out with accessibility concerns and requests, and made us feel comfortable about this adventure. We were first time cruisers on Disney Cruise Line and the experience makes me want to go back! A huge thanks to Lisa for helping with our logistics and making this bucket list trip go seamlessly. While traveling I had last minute questions and she responded quickly so that I had a smooth and wonderful experience. "Travel Professional" is not just Catie Asimenious' title at BOGV, she really knows her Disney Parks and answered my many many questions as she arranged a great Disneyland vacation for me! From hotel accommodations to how to use Lightning Lane to what kind of treats to eat on Main Street! I hadn't been to a Disney theme park in many years, so all of her advice and suggestions were appreciated! Lisa was fantastic! She had well timed communication from the first time I contacted her up through our vacation in Disney.
