What a great experience! I would definitely use DVC Rental Store again. The process is fairly easy, the staff provide great communication and are quick to respond to inquiries, super quick to answer phone calls and address all questions. No issues at check in or during our stay. Had a great time and saved some money booking via DVCRS. Thank you!

Renting DVC points from DVC rental store was so easy! I went to the confirmed reservations page and selected a date range and made a reservation for a portion of my trip. Unfortunately there wasn’t availability in my price range for the entire trip but it was great having my stay at the Boardwalk Villas at the end of the trip!!! It was amazing stay!!! Rm 4053 was perfect and I would want this room again! Got to see fireworks, show on the boardwalk from my room and Top of spaceship earth. Loved the extra amenities in a DVC property. I didn’t have any issues at all! I’m gonna rent with DVC rental store on my next trip for sure!!!

I’ve used DVC Rental Store twice, once in 2022 and again in 2025, for Walt Disney World resort stays, and both experiences were excellent. My most recent trip, in March 2025, included a split stay between Bay Lake Tower and Saratoga Springs. Even though coordinating two separate reservations was a bit more complex than my first trip, DVC Rental Store made the whole process just as smooth and stress-free. Their communication and service were top-notch throughout. I highly recommend them and plan to book again this fall for a quick Disneyland trip during the 70th Celebration.

The DVC store gave my family and I our dream Disney vacation. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort for 4 nights and then the Boardwalk Resort for 6 nights. We got a great deal on both resorts and purchased 6 day park hopper tickets through then as well. Amazing customer service. They were always there to answer questions in a timely manner and even gave me reminder emails for things like dinning. This was our 5th trip to Disney World and the first time using the DVC store. By far our best trip and I will definitely be using them again. You just gained a customer for life. Thank you for helping with our magical vacation!

DVC Rental store was excellent. They help me all thru the process of booking our room at disneys grand floridian, the room was amazing. They provide key information and step by step on the rental process. Was a smooth experience and will definitely book with them again.

I had a great experiencing using DVC rental store for an April spring break 4 night stay at the Polynesian. I booked the room in October and got an amazing rate! We stayed in the Tokelau building. It was so convenient to the main lobby, quiet pool, main pool, bus station, and easy 5 minute walk to the ticket and transportation center. I will definitely be using them again to book another vacation!

The staff was amazing and always willing to help answer questions or work to help with issues we needed help solving.

House Keeping was very inconsistent. We stayed for 8 days and they only came twice, and this was after I called.

The Kidani Property was a bit dated compared to Jamba House where we have stayed as regular Disney guests in the past…and only having one restaurant that serves such a specific type of food choice was very inconvenient.

We worked with Lisa on our summer 2025 Alaska cruise on the Disney Wonder. Lisa answered all of our questions promptly, helped us out with accessibility concerns and requests, and made us feel comfortable about this adventure. We were first time cruisers on Disney Cruise Line and the experience makes me want to go back! A huge thanks to Lisa for helping with our logistics and making this bucket list trip go seamlessly. We would absolutely work with her and Be Our Guest again.

From hotel accommodations to how to use Lightning Lane to what kind of treats to eat on Main Street! I hadn’t been to a Disney theme park in many years, so all of her advice and suggestions were appreciated! Lisa was fantastic! She had well timed communication from the first time I contacted her up through our vacation in Disney. The Westgate Branson Woods resort was very nice. The grounds were very well maintained and the buildings were appealing to the eye. Brooklyn was very helpful in this whole process. She’s always very friendly on the phone and is able to answer all my questions.

Brooklyn our stay in the Smokey Mountains was excellent! We had a lot of fun in the pool and the complimentary breakfast was great! Brooklyn and thank you so very much for explaining the information about the certificate to us!

We very much enjoyed our trip. We packed it full of activities, including dinner shows, titanic museum, zorbing, indoor sledding, horseback riding, and shopping. Our only complaint was it was too short. Allie was very helpful in following up and making sure we received the other items in our travel package.

Kim did a great job for us planning our flights, and when one of our travel partners had travel delays causing them to miss an overseas flight, she spent a good portion of a night coordinating new travel arrangements to get them to Istanbul within a reasonable time. Plus, loved the information she entered in the app. It was of great assistance to us.

We flew out of the country to Mexico for the very first time in October. Stayed at our very first all inclusive resort. Everything couldn’t have gone more smooth. She was thorough & answered all (I had a lot) of my questions. We are currently in the process of planning our next trip with her and couldn’t recommend her more!!

I really cannot say enough amazing things about this place. My mom was sick and passed away from late stage lung cancer a few years ago and then I had baby. I had about 4 years in back taxes and was incredibly overwhelmed. I had always done my taxes on my own. A friend referred me here and they were so helpful. They did all of my taxes in an hour and a half. I got a very nice return for each year and he charged me a very reasonable price! I will be going here every year to do my taxes. My boyfriend and I are planning to go to Italy next summer and will likely use their travel planning services as well.

I Googled travel agency near me and saw this location as also offering tax work so I went here and was able to get information on my next trip out of the country and the guy also did my taxes for me at less than half the price of H&R block so I will continue to get my taxes done here from now on and I also got a few of his cards that I have given to coworkers

The first hotel was ok, the second got better and the third was wonderful, but nothing that would make the trip less than amazing. Just got back from a trip to New York with a group of band students from Louisiana! This company far exceeded my expectations. I have traveled a lot and they didn’t miss a thing! Our High School used this company for a trip for the band students. They visited a college, did a clinic, played some performances, and enjoyed Universal Studios. The company had a suggested payment schedule, built up an itinerary, had a guide, meals and hotels set up. There was not much for you to worry about as everything was set up by Music Travel Consultants. The students, chaperones, and music director had an AMAZING time! I HIGHLY recommend using them for your travel plans.

We are back from a band trip to New York. This was my first experience with Music Travel Consultants. They were very professional and helpful from the beginning to the end. Mark, Bob and Keisha did a wonderful job organizing a group of about 250 adults and kids. The motor coach drivers were phenomenal and kept our group safe for the trip. This was a great memory to make with my son….and I made alot of new friends.

I took my band to Universal and Disney this year and it was really bad experience using Music Travel Consultants. This trip was a struggle for the entire planning phase. The first consultant we had left the job, but working with them was extremely difficult. They both forgot and didn’t communicate deadlines very well. Even past this person, communication and clarity were incredibly poor. The wording on documents and messages did not clearly explain multiple questions that were posed, which amounted to a direct phone call that was said to “rarely happen” due to the inept handling of the trip. Some reparations were made, but the entire situation before that was such a struggle. The chosen flight was strange and made the trip much more tiring due to two layovers and harsh flight times. The experience at the parks was fine, and our tour director was good. The hotel was really bad. Multiple issues came up and were not addressed by the hotel. Missed wake up calls, an unresponsive desk, and literally blood on “clean” sheets that the hotel never changed out and we had to fix on our own.
Overall, this trip was a struggle. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again, and I would advise every other music teacher I know from using this company due to how poorly this trip was handled.

AAA Greenwood / Southport Office continues to be a fantastic resource! Our membership has served us well over the years, and my recent visit was no exception. I stopped in to get an International Driving Permit for an upcoming trip, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Scheduling online was simple (though it turns out appointments aren’t required), and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even took the passport photos right there—quick, easy, and professional.

It’s a scam. We paid for it for the year and then when we ordered a tow it took almost an hour to get a hold of.someone to order the tow bc they kept saying use the app that didn’t work. Then when they came we had to pay the tow truck drive $40 bc you have to pay for the tow when you first sign up. Even though we paid for plus you get only basic the first 3 days. It doesn’t say that anywhere when you sign up. I cancelled my membership. I will just call random tow companies. Easier to get a hold of

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi and had Courtenay book us a few excursions and we had an incredible time. She is very knowledgeable about many different destinations, has great connections within the industry, makes herself available for phone calls and questions, and she thinks of all of the little things that you may not think about when planning. My wife and I just returned from s cruise with Virgin Voyages in Greece. It was suggested and organized by Courtney and Indy Travel Leaders. The trip and accommodations were well organized and went smoothly. We had multiple transfers that easily got us to our destinations on time. Cortney did an excellent job walking us through each step of the trip before we started which was necessary considering my propensity to misunderstand the details. The Cruise was great with good food, just enough ship activity, well organized excursions, and lots of new experiences. We would recommend Courtney to anyone needing a travel guide.
