The experience overall was decent . The pricing wasn’t bad but it did take a long longer than expected but my main issue is that the guy who guides you into the bay is rude . I couldn’t see very well because I’m very short and he just yelling about me adjusting my wheel. I offered for him to do it and he said he didn’t want to . I think that was rude and it would’ve been less anxiety for me if he could’ve just done it . After all that’s his job not mine . I just did it because I had places to be and didn’t want to get out of my car. The guys under the hood were good and the manager guy was on it .

Car control arm snapped on the highway around 5:50 am. I was able to drive it here and the staff were so kind and accommodating. They helped connect me with the dealership to take advantage of an extended warranty, gave me a charger for my almost dying phone, and let me wait in the lobby while I waited for help. Had a brake line blow and had no way of getting my car anywhere. Needed a tow. Called Tyler and let them know what was going on and they advised that they do a lot of business with Superior Towing and that they’ll put the towing charge on your overall invoice to make payment easier. I thought that was nice. They did their diagnostic, shared pictures of damage, and were very straight forward on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Had me on the road by the end of the day. From needing a tow to back on the road in the span of maybe 6hrs. Super happy with their service and for making a bad day not so bad.

Very good auto shop. I needed a place to take my car for service now that my new car warranty has expired. Tyler Automotive was recommended to me by a neighbor. I went to them believing I needed brake pads. They showed me I still have plenty of miles (15,000-20,000) to go before replacing them. I had them replaced brake and transmission fluid, and change oil. I saved several hundred dollars I would have been charged by the dealership. Compare them to others, you will be pleasantly surprised.

After spending over 1000 dollars in one day there I would have expected my tires to be all aired up when I bought 2 and shouldn’t the new tires be put on the front of a front wheel drive vehicle instead of the back? There’s even a missing air cap to one of my tires :(. They were faster the second day and semi friendly. I noticed the gentlemen who was doing my oil changed the first day tend to his own vehicle in the parking lot .ore than he tend to mine and was also constantly on his phone and was there for almost 3 hrs for just and oil changed and brake inspection!

I recently visited the Emerson Store with some brake issues and Nicole took great care of me, was very friendly and explained what could have been the issue I was experiencing.

Called 6 places around. Was told could I could get in right away for tire patch. Then told 20 min to get it done so I said sounds good. 20 min later they ask where wheel lock key is… 45 min later I ask if it’s almost done. She says yes he is putting tire on now. 20 min after that I was able to pay. So not a great experience. I was in a hurry they said they could do it. I trusted them and turns out it took 4 times longer than they said.

My AC in my vehicle stopped working summer of 2024 and I took it in to see what the issue was. Come to find out I needed a new compressor, but I knew I needed to get it done! Nicole was awesome in making sure they could have it done same day, while also educating me on what else my car would need in the future. Bill was wonderful as well! Recommended I begin taking my car to them for oil changes and such to make sure I’m being taken care of. Really great experience!

Terrible service — would not recommend.
We took our truck there and it sat for 3 days before they even told us what was wrong. It ended up being the fuel pump. They charged $200 just to diagnose it, then quoted $1,350 for the repair — plus they refused to waive the inspection fee, so it would’ve totaled $1,550. The part itself is only about $90 (confirmed at AutoZone), and their price was higher than two other mechanics and even the dealership.
When my husband asked how they came up with that price, the “manager” Chris was arrogant and standoffish from the start. Very unprofessional and dismissive.
If you want honest and fair service, this is the last place I would go.

We took our vehicle in to have it repaired after it developed a noise in the front suspension. The mechanic looked at it and told us we needed struts and tie rods and quoted us $2,400.00 for the repair. We signed off on the repair with the expectation that it would eliminate the problem that was causing the noise. We received a call telling us it was finished but when we went to pick up the vehicle, it was still making the exact same noise it was making when we took it in. We dropped it back off only to find out that the noise was actually being caused by bad sway bar links. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they informed us that they would be “eating” the cost of the sway bar links, but that we were still responsible for the $2,400.00 in unnecessary maintenace that was originally performed.
We sent an email the same week expressing our concerns and was told that they would forward our email the district manager; however, the DM has not gotten in touch with us. We feel that we should not be responsible for the unnecessary repairs and that we could come to a mutual agreement but they haven’t taken the time to even respond to our concerns. I would love to be able to amend this review at a later date, but as of now we are giving this place 1 star. Please reach out to us if you would like to make this right.

Nichole saved our Rv roadtrip! We were about 1/3 into a road trip from NJ passing through Indy and our check engine light with multiple issues popped up. Ford couldn’t see us until Monday, but Nichole had us drive right over and ensured we were in our way by 3PM that same day! Highly recommend this shop and their amazing staff!

I had my car serviced at Midas, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Richard and Josh were incredible throughout the entire process. They worked with me closely, explained everything clearly, and offered multiple solutions to the issues I was having with my car.
When some follow-up problems came up after the initial service, they handled everything quickly and professionally. What stood out the most was that they even took care of my transportation to and from the shop during that time — a huge help and a level of care you rarely see these days.

These folks are awesome!!!! I mean top of the line honest good people !!! Went in because a filter housing was jammed and and no one at any of the places I had went to could get it off. Made appt with Midas and the first time they couldn’t get it off either so needed to have the entire housing replaced. That is a pricey repair. Came in for them to replace it and they decided to try to remove it once more before tearing out and replacing it. The mechanic got it. It broke loose. So that allowed it to be just a regular oil change. Now they could’ve just not tried and taken my money or worse they could’ve gotten it off and still taken my money. They were honest!!!! Go to them and you can rest assured no one is going to rip you off. They could’ve easily but they didn’t. Plus every person I talked to at that shop was super nice. They even found a coupon for me for the oil change. I really won’t take my vehicle anywhere else after this.

I left my vehicle for an oil change Jeremy said he would get it done today. The store was very busy but he assured me it would be done. It was around 6:00 and when they drained the oil turns out the oil plug was rounded off. Jeremy took it upon himself to run and get one. They could have put it back in the way it was but his care for a customer over rode that. I am very happy with the way he took care of us and will definitely bring my business to this location. We were traveling and visiting relatives on a road trip – luckily we reached our destination when our brake fluid all leaked out and not on the road there! Called the shop and Brandon was very nice on the phone and said just drop it off any time and they’d do their best to take care of it as quickly as they could. We brought it early morning and they took a look and said it looked like at least one brake line had broken, something common in our type of van. It wasn’t the cheapest fix of course, but had to do it. He was fair though and only recommended the one line get fixed. I called the next day to check on it and said I was hoping to return the rental car by the deadline – he said they were on track but would do their best. And they got it done in time. Without the parts easily available they had to make it themselves. They got it working like new again and off we drove, across the country. Thank you to Brandon and team for your excellent customer care and service. I appreciate your honesty, integrity and skills. I’d definitely recommend this automotive repair shop for its excellence in service and the way they showed that they cared.

I was told by another auto shop that I needed new struts and shocks. My car isn’t that old and I don’t drive all that much, so I decided to get a second opinion. When I arrived for my appointment, Brandon had me wait while he pulled my car in and took a look. Within 2 minutes, he came back and said that my car was fine. Professional Automotive is the perfect balance between fair pricing, quality work, and top tier business ethics. Any cheaper and you start having serious safety concerns (ask me how I know). Brandon knows his stuff and is an ethical man. I 100% trust him to keep my car safe on the road. His prices are fair, and the work is top notch. I would absolutely recommend any friend or family to take their car here.
For reference, I have been here with a 2014 Audi S4 and they have all the tools and computers necessary to work on these difficult vehicles (bearing presses, E-brake computers, etc…). I’m 90% sure the Audi dealership was trying to get me to replace my suspension bushings and used stock photos of torn bushings as “proof”. I took it to Brandon and he showed me in person that my bushings were fine and no work was needed. Talking me out of a 3k job absolutely earned my trust forever. Thanks Brandon!

Seems like a really good place that was recommended to me. I feel they may do good work, but I never got the chance if you have a car that you aren’t worried about getting back within the next week they’re cool to drop off too, but don’t wait till you get the quote and find out you can’t do the work right then you gotta hop back in line and wait another two weeks to get anything done but they will communicate. They just take a long time. I was told having trouble keeping techs But reasonable nonetheless

We take all of our work trucks there from Silverstone mobile home community, and they always get them done in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I decided to give them a shot on my personal vehicle because the power steering pump went out on my van after watching some videos it looked like it was going to be a pain in the butt. I had a very noisy exhaust, and the folks at Beck got my a car in right away, replaced my broken exhaust flex-pipe, and had me back on the road in about 2 hours, my exhaust as quiet now as it was new – all for a very fair price.
(This after getting an estimate at a ‘national’ chain up the road for 3 times the amount, with all sorts of added nonsense.)

My car had started overheating when idling, but other places had told me it was okay- no engine lights were on and i felt dismissed by other places. The mechanics at Beck’s were able to see me the day I brought my car in, took the time to diagnose the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had my car ready the same evening. I felt listened to and like the staff truly wanted my car to be safe for my passengers and I. The staff even sent me a thank you card for my service- but I want to give them my thanks tenfold for the experience I had. I’ll definitely use them for any other vehicle needs.

I am in the business of talking to a lot of people for the first time: customers, vendors, service technicians, customer service reps, etc. When I called Beck Service Center to book my car in, I was very impressed. I spoke with at least 3 different people in the course of the transaction, and always came away feeling like my vehicle was in good hands. They were able to speak “customer” but also obviously knew what they were doing.
I got a 30-point check up, oil change, and diagnosis/repair of a transmission shudder. Oh, and a new set of tires. They were very straightforward about the costs and often ready with price options. The price options thing is big for me. Instead of just selling me on the priciest choice, they understand not everyone is made of money, or that sometimes you just want a “good enough” repair.
The car runs like a top and I’m very happy with the results. And I love dealing with people who inspire confidence. I’m willing to pay for the privilege of being treated right – because that kind of expertise and professionalism doesn’t come for free. Highly recommend.

Waited 2 days to get a tire change because they didn’t have what I needed. Had to call them cause I hadn’t heard anything. They said they had gotten it in ( but didn’t contact the customer like they were suppose to to sey up an appointment). Set up an appointment for the following day. I ran late and called the shop. They said they had an 8 and a 9 appointment and I would still be okay. I got there 30 min late. They told me there were 9 cars on front of me. Even though my appointment was from 8 to 9. Why even make appointments if walk in still go 1st? After being told they were good and could get it. Its just a single tire change. Should nit be a 5 hour wait.

Went in to get a new tire and have my car aligned and they charged me for the new tire but never actually put one on! It wasn’t until my father in law looked at it and said that there was no way it was a new tire that I noticed and when he removed the tire it was completely bald and about to pop! (The exact reason I needed a new tire in the first place).
It would be nice if people would actually do the job they are paid to do.
BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE! They will charge you and not actually do what they’re supposed to do.

This morning 5 June 2025, I dropped a vehicle off at 8am. I was the second customer to be waited on as soon as the doors opened. The vehicle needed some brakes and rotors, and I was told it would it take 1.5 to 2 hours. At 11am I returned to Belle Tire, only to find out that my vehicle has not been serviced at all. In fact, it was still sitting in the same spot from the morning.
I went in and inquired the status of the vehicle, only to be told that the technician that gave the quote is the one that has to do the work, and he was still working on another vehicle that was full of rust. Immediately I began to ask questions, such as: how are all the other vehicles being worked on and my vehicle isn’t? I was met with the same response “the technician that gave the quote is the one that has to do the work”. I then asked “all the technicians in here and none of them can review the quote and do the work? Again, I was met with the same response, “the technician that gave the quote is the one that has to do the work”.
At this point, I asked for me keys back and stated, “this is truly unsatisfactory, to think that no other technician worked on my vehicle because they didn’t provide the quote”. After receiving the kyes, I exited the facility.
Respectfully, Belle Tire isn’t a place I will attempt to use moving forward, nor shall I recommend to others.

In April my daughter and I came in to get one tire replaced. Paul, the manager, helped us. He went and looked at the tires, said we needed all four because they were bald. They definitely were not bald, just a little worn. But, we went ahead and got a fresh set of four anyway. All of us being nice to each other. But, while they were putting the tires on Paul gave us a call and said that our brakes were bad all around and offered us $995 for replacement. I said no. We were going somewhere else to have the brakes looked at. When we came to check out I asked him about military discount. On their website it says you can combine military discount with other coupons. And I had a $40 off coupon. He told me I couldn’t do it. And I thought I’m not going to argue over Belle’s measly 5% military discount. He also added tire warranty without asking us and I asked him to remove it. He was not pleased. He was very condescending and treated us poorly after we didn’t want all his extra services. He was no longer trying to put on the charm like at the beginning when he was trying to make a sale. We paid the $450 for the tires and left. I took the car to Xpress Pro on Shadeland for an oil change and brake inspection. The assistant manager let me know that my brakes were fine and I didn’t need to replace them. So, basically I feel like Paul was trying to scam me. I will never go back to Belle Tire.

My tire was leaking. They got to me quickly as a walk in. I had an object stick in my tire. They repaired it for free and removed a shield that was dragging due to being broken when I asked them, also for few. They were super friendly.

Came in on a Saturday about 3:30 to get my tire looked at and possibly put a patch on since I had been loosing air for a week. I was told they didn’t have time for me today that they could put air in it for me but that was it, that they had other work to do. Very unprofessional and rude from the gentleman that I spoke with. I will not return to this establishment for any tire service I will take my money elsewhere were.

Do not go here if your looking for any type of check engine light (CEL). My daughter took her car here for a CEL that turned out to be the MAF sensor. They charged us 300 for the repair. My daughter then moved to Boston 3 days later. Upon arriving in Boston, the CEL came back on. She took it to a local dealership there and found out that Bell tire DID NOT replace the MAF sensor, instead, they just cleared the code, thus costing her another $300 to fix it again. We called Bell Tire and was essentially told to go pound sand. In comes the BBB whom, with picture proof, documentation, etc, was able to get us a refund for this. You have been warned.

Called All Star Tire and Auto Services on N Capitol Ave and had the BEST experience — they fixed my tire in under an hour for just $37. Friendly, honest, and fast!
If you work downtown, skip the chains and go to this locally owned, family-run shop. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are incredibly professional, efficient, and fair. I brought my Civic in for new brakes and a mysterious issue with my battery/starter, and they did everything possible to diagnose the cause. They updated me regularly on their progress and always told me about the tests they ran and all the different ways to assess the cause. They followed up after my car was returned. I highly recommend All Star for any automotive issues. These guys are the best.

I went in because I needed a axel replacement (of course I didn’t know that at the moment) so I paid 160 for a diagnostic test and test drive. He did the test, told me he’d figure the problem out and fix it. Fast forward they called back and told me they knew the problem.. They said I needed a wheel alignment and new tires. Me not knowing much I believed them.He told me it sounded as good as new so I picked my car up and as soon as I left the lot the sound started up again. I went back he told me to come back in am to test drive it. He heard the sound then said ” wow that’s shocking we test drove it nine times me and other employees, we even took it to a lot to do a few circles” It’s no way he could have without hearing the sound because the problem was never fixed.. I left my car again, called back maybe a hour later to check on it and he said he couldn’t figure out the problem and I need to go somewhere else to get it looked at and he’ll refund me 90 dollars for the diagnostic test. I then asked well can I have a little more because I was charged 630 dollars in total for the service including the oil change, wheel alignment, and 2 tires. He also told me I was paying for the problem to be fixed but it wasn’t fixed. Not to mention I got another diagnostic test for free somewhere else and a few other issues popped up that he failed to mention. I still wanted to be reasonable so explained to him that I paid for the problem to be fixed and felt like it didn’t get fixed. He got an attitude with me told me to pick up my car claimed they’d been open for years and that I should’ve taken it to Nissan from the jump. I then asked why didn’t he say that when he knew he didn’t know what the problem was? He hung up.. Overall I wouldn’t go here they charge you for stuff and don’t find the real problems in your car they’ll just find any reason to charge you.. I wouldn’t come here if you don’t know what the problem is because i took it to a mechanic and he instantly knew the problem and fixed it… If you know nothing about cars DON’T COME they will talk you into all type of things to add on the the problem and they might not even solve the real problem like he did me. I’ve also notice a lot of the owners replies are fake a lot of stuff he was saying sounded like it’s tweaked to sound better.
Edit: I was only refunded 90 dollars I didn’t ask for a full refund just more than what I was given based off the fact that the noise I came in for was not fixed. I didn’t say it sounded like the front end tire I said it’s a noise under the car and could be the tires but as you know I’m no mechanic so I wouldn’t know what it is hence to why I paid for a diagnostic test. You all lied and pretended you never heard a noise after “fixing the problem” when truthfully that’s impossible if the problem was never fixed. I agreed to fixing the noise not the tires or alignment no paper work was signed for you to do any of those things though, I did not agree to that.

Blew a tire on I-70 on my way to work. Called them as soon as they opened and asked about new tires and availability. They got me in same day, replaced all four of my tires, gave me an alignment, then did an oil change, all for several hundred dollars left than I would have paid for in my own city. They even guaranteed I’d get my car back by a certain time and had it waiting for me when I got there. The staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. Wonderful family-owned company that’s maintaining themselves in a corporate-owned market.

Very nice and friendly customer service. However I called and requested a specific tire. Chris advised me against the tires I requested which are also the ones that come On my vehicle. The price was $600.00 more than what I asked for which were the manufacturer installed tires. I was referred but this wasn’t the type of referral that was helpful. I was able to source the tires and have them installed and was under 1000. I was quoted 1690.
I saw the comments from this establishment and how tone deaf and arrogant they sound. The tires I requested were the ones that were on the vehicle new purchased from the manufacturer, which is why I wanted those tire specifically! I did not ask Nor did I want an increase in quality, cost, nor did I ask for an opinion about what they thought would be best for Indiana in the winter. Consequently, I’m not an Indiana resident. Like I said I did not ask for that information so it’s pretty smug of a response by this company. The prospective customer asked for something certain and that request was to give the price of the four tires. So in short tires that cost me $1000 they want to put on for 1700 (but an upgrade, don’t even know why we didn’t get price in the ones I requested. ) And end up with a $2200 bid. Feels kind of scammy to me!

Absolutely the Worst Experience Ever – Shady, Incompetent, and a Complete Scam Operation
If I could give Indy Auto Man Service Center negative stars, I would. This place has gone completely downhill under the new management — and I mean fast. I used to trust these people. I’ve taken my car there before without issues, but now? This place is nothing short of a nightmare, run by unprofessional, shady clowns who clearly have no business touching anyone’s vehicle.
Here’s how my horror story went:
In December, my car which is a BMW 2017 530I suddenly wouldn’t start. I figured it might be the starter, so I called Indy Auto Man and scheduled an appointment. I even gave them a heads-up that my car couldn’t move at all — it wouldn’t even go into neutral. When I arrived with the tow truck, I made it crystal clear to the front desk that the car couldn’t move. Their genius solution? “Just drop it in the back lot.” I asked twice if they were sure — they insisted.
A week or two later, they suddenly realized they couldn’t move the car into the garage (shocker), and told me I’d need to tow it again into their garage for an additional $100. I should’ve run then. But I needed my car, so I agreed.
Then they finally looked at it weeks later and said it was the starter — $500+. Fine, I said go ahead. A week after that, they told me the starter wasn’t the problem — it was the engine. Dead. Out of nowhere. The car ran just fine the day before it wouldn’t start, so I don’t know what kind of fairy tale they’re spinning.
I agreed to the engine replacement because it was covered by warranty (up to $9,000), though I still had to pay around $3,000+ out of pocket. After MONTHS of delays and complete silence, I finally got my car back in early April.
I paid. Got in. Boom — all of my tire sensors were out. I brought it up immediately. They tried to charge me another $100+ just to check it out, and said it was because the car had been “sitting too long.” Are you serious? That’s your excuse? I didn’t bite. Took it to Belle Tire instead — didn’t replace the sensors, just replaced the tires — and magically, all the sensors worked again. Indy Auto Man = lying or incompetent. Or both.
Fast forward a couple months, my engine starts overheating from a massive coolant leak. I take it to BMW instead of dealing with these crooks again. BMW tells me it’s the engine oil cooler — which should’ve been brand new with the engine replacement. I called Indy Auto Man again and spoke with Amy, the manager. She insists they’ll only fix it if they look at it themselves. Fine.
I send them BMW’s report. Then I hear from Chandler (another manager), who tells me they’ll fix it… originally for $650 but with a fake “discount” to make it match BMW’s pricing which was 500 and something. Unbelievable. But I needed it fixed, so I paid. Got the car back a week or two later and guess what? Still leaking coolant. Temperature gauge going haywire. They didn’t fix a damn thing.
Take it back AGAIN. Amy hits me with, “This is common with BMWs, one coolant problem leads to another.” What a joke. A week later? Now it’s the coolant reservoir that’s cracked. Funny how that just so happens to be where you were working when replacing the oil cooler. Either they cracked it themselves or they completely missed it. Either way, it’s on them. But no — now they want ANOTHER $600+ from me.
Oh, and the part they quoted me? I found the exact same part with the same part number for $150. Labor? It’s a 30-minute job. These people are outright robbing customers.
Long story short: Indy Auto Man is an absolute scam operation. They overcharge, underdeliver, and when they screw up, they twist it into another cash grab. Their mechanics clearly have no clue what they’re doing, and the managers? Equally shady, arrogant, and dismissive.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don’t buy a car here. Don’t get service here. Honestly, don’t even drive past the building — your car might break down from the bad energy.
