Belle Tire

I had a tire with a slow leak. My car had Goodyear run flats. It was a BMW with only 4000 miles on it. i called my BMW dealer in Lafayette Indiana,they weren't any help even though this was the second new BMW I have bought there in the last 2 years. All they did was tell me how much they would charge me for a new tire. I called Goodyear ( their Customer service was great) . They tried to contact Defouw BMW of Lafayette multiple times without an answer. Goodyear called Belle tire in Castleton and explained the problem. I walked in the next day without an appointment. My car was taken back promptly examined, and the tire was repaired. The staff is great and their service is excellent. Run Flat tires are hard to repair , but they were done in a jiffy, at no cost. This the only place to purchase tires.

Jacob was a wonderful help. He was very professional and kind. I was upset about some tires I purchased and how they were rotated but he reassured me that he would have his team take a look at them again! Overall I was wrong and it was a misunderstanding on my part. I appreciate his work ethic and wanting to find a solution in my benefit! 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend speaking to Jacob!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They replaced my front passenger tire and gave me a mismatched tire saying that it was okay to drive. It was not okay to drive. Not even 4 days later I was driving on the highway and I got a flat. The tire didn’t have a small little hole, it had a literal tear. I came the next morning to get it replaced with the intent of it being free. THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRIVE. Also the man was extremely rude and tried to gas light me. It’s already hard enough being a girl sometimes, thanks to Belle it felt 10x harder. Don’t bother spending your money here because they won’t give it back or help you. Thanks for taking $250 of my hard earned money Belle Tire.

Worst experience they are thieves robing your money once you there I have been there for alinement for my Tesla 3 the guy on front told if we can’t fix we will not charge you because we don’t usually fixing Tesla I said ok they took my car with in one hour he came back and said all good and charge me 89.90 I am posting invoice also I took my car when I am drive it’s same codes on screen next day I was back on front other rep very rude when I ask my money refund because it’s not fixed and they told we will not charge if we don’t fix they are thieves robing your money beware of these thugs.

Grateful to Trevor and David for squeezing our minivan in last minute before they closed for new tires and an oil change before a trip! Work was completed within an hour and they were patient with all of our couponing! Thank you Chad, Phillip, and K’hamari for getting our car ready for our next big adventure! I went to Belle Tire to have my winter tires swapped for summer ones. The service was good, but we had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes the first time. Unfortunately, we had to return a few days later because the tires weren’t properly paired and rotated. The second visit was much better—everything was corrected, and the service was more efficient, with only a 40-minute wait. Overall, the staff was professional, and they made sure to fix the issue. I appreciate their effort, but a smoother experience the first time would have been ideal.

Customer service was good, but he technicians did a terrible job respecting my property. Scratched all 4 of my painted breaks and ruined my painted rims. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money I spent here.
