Had an AMAZING experience here! I worked with Michelle and she was fantastic. She made sure I got approved for something and in the vehicle that I picked out and wanted and explained every detail as i went with what to expect. Its also a fun atmosphere as soon as you walk in the building and someone greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me get to the right person. I highly recommend! I am someone with not so great credit and was able to get approved and pay a low down payment. They are awesome!

Really impressed with how good they are to there customers. First of all I just went through a horrible experience with another dealer in town that sold me a lemon constant expensive repairs then after the heat went out I had, had my final straw. We were able to go here even w the other car showing as an open loan on credit report and were able to get exactly what we were looking for. And I did have a little issue with insurance but Carmen was amazing and was able to come through in the stretch and get us hooked up w insurance which even ended up being cheaper monthly. And believe me our credit has been through a lot a couple other places we looked gave us options of older cars w high mileage and had the nerve to over charge. Rightway is definitely the place to go if you need a good vehicle and your credits not perfect they will try there best to get you what you want and need. This is my favorite place I've ever purchased a vehicle. Thank you so much Carmen for your awesome customer service you are amazing!!!!!!!
