This is the best gym I have worked out at in a very long time. Excellent equipment, good music (for a change), and Landan and the entire staff are top notch, very welcoming. If I lived within an hour of this gym (I'm from Florida) I would be a member here.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, professional staff who actually remember your name and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is energetic yet non-intimidating—perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. The equipment is state-of-the-art, spotless, and well-maintained. Whether you’re into free weights, machines, cardio, or functional training, everything you need is right there. The gym never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours, which makes workouts more enjoyable and stress-free. What really sets this place apart are the trainers and group classes. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Each class feels like a community, and I always leave feeling stronger and more inspired. Also, a big shoutout to the clean locker rooms, spa-quality showers, and the post-workout smoothie bar—pure luxury!

So I’ve been looking for a new gym and decide to try AMF. Yea, there are people there that know how to lift and some that are beginners but that’s ok they have trainers that will get you we’re you need to be! Everything is very clean. I love that they have the leg, chest and back sections in their own area. The place is not huge but perfect size. Does have some treadmills, ellipticals and Stairsteppers. Atmosphere seems really really nice and everybody’s friendly. I never had an issue getting on any machine that I wanted and if you ever need help or a spotter, someone’s always willing to help. Think I found a gym to call my second home!!!

Phenomenal gym! Stopped in on a Saturday morning to try out a new gym and was not disappointed at all. The staff members were friendly and definitely about fitness. All the equipment you need for the beginner all the way to the hard-core builder. Even had dumbells up to 200lbs!! Plenty of room for everyone with enough real iron plates to make ronnie Coleman jealous. A must stop if you are looking for a real place to workout!

This is the best gym I've been to in the United States hands down. The equipment and price is unmatched, anyone who lifts in this area needs to be going here. Fantastic gym equipment and staff.

It's my home away from home, I'm glad it's here. The owner nate epler is a cool guy that you can talk to without feeling discouraged of if he's gonna listen. They got all your amazing conveniences and things you may need as far as food or energy source. The sauna is the best part of my workout, i can relax and sweat out excess water weight etc. Always down for some AMF! Great place to better yourself at!

Love this gym! I drive an hour sometimes just for a trip here. Great equipment and lots of space, and the posing room is awesome.
