Indy Travel Leaders

I cannot say enough good things about working with Amanda at Indy Travel Leaders. We hadn’t worked with an agent before, but she has been recommended by a couple friends, so we thought we’d try it out. We will NEVER go on a trip without her help again! In the last 3 years, she’s helped plan 5 trips & we’re getting ready for another one soon & she’s she’s working on ANOTHER two for early next year. She listens to what we want, makes recommendations, & doesn’t try to sway us in a way that she thinks might be best. It’s all about us. A couple of our trips have been complicated with a river cruise & then land tours in Italy after that, & it couldn’t have been more lovely & seamless. All the drivers were where they were supposed to be & on time, the places we stayed were unique & unforgettable. She’s also always on call while we’re traveling if there are any glitches (& we’ve had to take advantage of this a couple times too!) Again, the vacations that Amanda has helped us with have been absolutely fabulous & flights have worked out, & she’s definitely helped us to meet our retirement goals of travel in such a delightful way!

Amanda was awesome in helping us plan our vacation to Antigua. We had this trip planned last year but had to cancal because of illness in our family. Amanda was able to get everything set up for us and did a great job of following up with up leading up to trip. She also followed up after our trip to find out if we had any issues.

We have worked with Courtenay for many of our trips, the most recent being our honeymoon to the Maldives! We reached out to her pretty last minute and she was able to assist us in getting flights and a great package with Kensington Tours very quickly. We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi and had Courtenay book us a few excursions and we had an incredible time. She is very knowledgeable about many different destinations, has great connections within the industry, makes herself available for phone calls and questions, and she thinks of all of the little things that you may not think about when planning. Our trips have always been seamless with her help and expertise. Can’t wait for our next adventure to Italy, which she is currently helping us plan right now!

Amanda helped us plan the Hawaiian honeymoon of our dreams! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, taking into account our sight seeing preferences, resort/hotel vibe, and even crushed it when half the trip had to be replanned due to Mother Nature . We cannot recommend Amanda and her team enough and we hope to plan another trip with her soon!

My wife and I just returned from s cruise with Virgin Voyages in Greece. It was suggested and organized by Courtney and Indy Travel Leaders. The trip and accommodations were well organized and went smoothly. We had multiple transfers that easily got us to our destinations on time. Cortney did an excellent job walking us through each step of the trip before we started which was necessary considering my propensity to misunderstand the details. The Cruise was great with good food, just enough ship activity, well organized excursions, and lots of new experiences. We would recommend Courtney to anyone needing a travel guide. We had an excellent time!

We had such a great experience with this travel agency! Amanda was incredibly patient, kind, passionate, and knowledgeable when it came to planning our very first family cruise! Amanda was able to give us several options, narrowing it down to the perfect vacation. She helped us stay in a range we could afford, while still finding ways to have fun and not worry about anything. She met every need in our family, as some wanted to relax and others wanted to participate in multiple excursions. She knew how to make everyone happy! We trust Amanda, as she has had the privilege to travel the world in order to give great examples for families to create their dream getaways. We are currently planning another trip for our daughter’s Grad School Graduation this Fall!
