DVC Rental Store

What a great experience! I would definitely use DVC Rental Store again. The process is fairly easy, the staff provide great communication and are quick to respond to inquiries, super quick to answer phone calls and address all questions. No issues at check in or during our stay. Had a great time and saved some money booking via DVCRS. Thank you!

Renting DVC points from DVC rental store was so easy! I went to the confirmed reservations page and selected a date range and made a reservation for a portion of my trip. Unfortunately there wasn’t availability in my price range for the entire trip but it was great having my stay at the Boardwalk Villas at the end of the trip!!! It was amazing stay!!! Rm 4053 was perfect and I would want this room again! Got to see fireworks, show on the boardwalk from my room and Top of spaceship earth. Loved the extra amenities in a DVC property. I didn’t have any issues at all! I’m gonna rent with DVC rental store on my next trip for sure!!!

I've used DVC Rental Store twice, once in 2022 and again in 2025, for Walt Disney World resort stays, and both experiences were excellent. My most recent trip, in March 2025, included a split stay between Bay Lake Tower and Saratoga Springs. Even though coordinating two separate reservations was a bit more complex than my first trip, DVC Rental Store made the whole process just as smooth and stress-free. Their communication and service were top-notch throughout. I highly recommend them and plan to book again this fall for a quick Disneyland trip during the 70th Celebration.

The DVC store gave my family and I our dream Disney vacation. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort for 4 nights and then the Boardwalk Resort for 6 nights. We got a great deal on both resorts and purchased 6 day park hopper tickets through then as well. Amazing customer service. They were always there to answer questions in a timely manner and even gave me reminder emails for things like dinning. This was our 5th trip to Disney World and the first time using the DVC store. DVC Rental store was excellent. They help me all thru the process of booking our room at disneys grand floridian, the room was amazing. They provide key information and step by step on the rental process. Was a smooth experience and will definitely book with them again.

I had a great experiencing using DVC rental store for an April spring break 4 night stay at the Polynesian. I booked the room in October and got an amazing rate! We stayed in the Tokelau building. It was so convenient to the main lobby, quiet pool, main pool, bus station, and easy 5 minute walk to the ticket and transportation center. I will definitely be using them again to book another vacation!

The staff was amazing and always willing to help answer questions or work to help with issues we needed help solving. House Keeping was very inconsistent. We stayed for 8 days and they only came twice, and this was after I called. The Kidani Property was a bit dated compared to Jamba House where we have stayed as regular Disney guests in the past…and only having one restaurant that serves such a specific type of food choice was very inconvenient.
