We recently arrived in Ormond Beach for a family vacation with my daughter and toddler grandson. However, Hurricane Milton had different plans for us. We left after a short 36 hours there and came back home to Indiana, which was a 14 hour drive each way. I emailed Noah Adkins about this and he called with great news. They are giving us that week back into our account. I can’t say enough good things about Club Esprit and Noah. They really do go out of their way to keep their clients happy. We rented points through DVC and wow what a great experience! We were able to book a room at Bay Lake Tower back in March for this past week in December! I love that you can book and then make payments to pay off the booking. We also added the Disney dining plan with the help of the DVC staff which was also a great benefit!

Our experience using DVC Rental Store was excellent. They gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our vacation at a severely discounted price. Our 2-bedroom villa for 9 nights was $10,000 cheaper using DVC Rental than through Disney…and everything was excellent! We did purchase separate travel insurance ($300) just to be on the safe side in case anything happened (nothing did), but it was nice to know that DVC Rental Store protected us up until a certain date as well. Unsure if all DVC properties are like the Riviera as far as service, cleanliness, rooms, etc., but ours was top notch!

Our trip to Pigeon Forge was great. Our accommodations at Creekstone in were conveniently located and the views were great. The rooms were nice and recently refurbished. The river being right at the back door provided lots of opportunities to see wildlife and we even had a bald eagle fly right by our balcony. We took a trip to Williamsburg and everything was just perfect. The history in Williamsburg is like no other. Everyone at EZ travel was so helpful with making the original reservation and checking on us in between and Allie was ontop of contacting us afterwards to follow up with us and sent us the info for our cruise, which is also part of our vacation package. However, trying to get to talk to Kim, who we were told was the only one to help with the all-inclusive Caribbean Resort vacations is a totally different story. A request was sent to her for a phone call and after emailing and not hearing anything back for two weeks I finally got someone on the phone who took down my info and our request for the resort we picked and a couple of dates that would work for us and of course the payment. I was told Kim would get in touch with us to confirm and finalize the dates and everything by the end of the week. Well, the end of the week came and went by and we’re still waiting on her call……I’m sure she is busy if she’s the only one handling this, but this is definitely not good customer service and takes away from the fun you’re supposed to have planning a vacation.
Edit: finally got a hold of Kim and we were confirmed on the All-Inclusive Caribbean Resort. Unfortunately we have to sit through another 120 min Time-Share presentation with that resort now too.

Unless you are comfortable with not getting any information about your trip until a couple weeks before I DO NOT recommend this company! They were way over priced than if we booked separately but did it because my daughter really wanted “to be with the group”. They changed the hotel without notifying us making it difficult for family to plan to meet us. They ended up booking a flight that did not get home until 11pm with Elementary aged drama group. We are flying from Orlando to Baltimore… there is a flight about ever couple hours so no excuse. When I complained they said too late to cancel since a month away and we would lose our money. Mind you I only found out flight times after a family member questioned the drama director a month from leaving, not from travel consultants who are still radio silent on the actual agenda 4 week 5 weeks out! Only thing they actively communicated regularly was how much we owed when… never again! Pretty sure drama group got fundraiser money as I saw them actively collecting it at other plays… but I asked (again a month out) and they have not said they got fundraiser money… If your group is going book separate and meet them down there! You will be happy you did.

A person who had this insurance crashed my car. I made a claim and this insurance has been in effect for almost two months and they haven’t done anything about my car payment. I called them and they said they haven’t contacted the person to accept the charges.
The worst insurance, in the past someone crashed into my car and their insurance paid me in two days.

I wanted to go on a solo trip and decided to go through AAA thinking I would get a discount since I’ve been a member for 10 years. I did my due diligence and went on the websites to verify hotel/airfare prices. I saw that AAA members receive discounts. I went to the Allisonville location and spoke to travel agent Grace B. I paid to reserve my trip which was over 3k total. I was told I would receive a breakdown besides the itinerary given to me after I paid the remaining balance. I never received the breakdown after I asked twice. I felt uneasy and went online to double check the prices. I looked at the price of the room and the round trip tickets and the total was less than what Grace came up with. It was $1700. I called Grace again and asked for a breakdown of itinerary besides what was provided and was told “I was given the best price and a breakdown could not be provided.” They went through a 3rd party agency. I am very dissatisfied with the price and disappointed with the service. I feel I was overcharged and paid fees/commission for services I could have done myself for less money. With that being said, I am no longer a member with AAA due to this experience. The itinerary does not show a breakdown and it is very vague. I feel like there is a particular reason for that as well. I went forward with the remaining payment because I read the small print and I would not receive a refund, only a credit. I submitted an email to the agent and didn’t get a response. I left a review on their website and got a response blaming me for paying, saying I had a choice to not use them. An insurance company I’m already paying for services to use. I had a choice to not book with them; however, once I paid I still should have received a breakdown of the total amount. That’s all I wanted. Even McDonald’s give a breakdown of the price of fries, Big Macs and a drink. AAA is way too over priced to treat people like that.

Had a lovely stay in the penthouse over this past weekend. We were in town for the ERAS tour and were so lucky to have booked this! The proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium was incredibly convenient! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to get some shut eye after dancing and singing with T. Swift all night.

My friends and I recently stayed in the penthouse for the Taylor Swift concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and let me tell you… this place/location made us feel like superstars. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, the rooms are spacious and cozy with the best lighting. We had everything we needed and more. 8 of us easily got ready in the two full bathrooms. We enjoyed cocktails in the common space, and all had plenty of space to sleep at night. The hosts went above and beyond for us. They were helpful, quick to respond and accomodating. LOCATION — no joke less than a 5 min walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Unreal. If we are ever in the area again (Taylor please come back) we would 100000% stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Everything was fine, but there isn’t any where to put your bathroom things out onto a counter or anything, all 3 bathrooms have pedestal sinks. The rooms are fine, I just could not get comfortable, there was light shining in through the blinds and car racing up and down streets all night. Living room and kitchen area were great.
