Would not recommend. The person I had did not know much at all; about the market, real estate terminology, or much else truthfully. The main thing I started with about working with them was them selling my information because I did not want an offer if I was then going to be bombarded with calls/texts from ever Tom, Dick, and Harry trying to buy my house. He lied and claimed they didn’t; currently receiving multiple calls/texts daily. They then sent me an offer that was $70k less than what opendoor had sent. And it didn’t even have any information at all, it was simply a docusign for a contract to sell my home for what felt like nothing in the moment. Not the way I like to do business.

I don't really know anything about the Ben Buys company. But i can wholeheartedly recommend recommend Craig who works for them. he came out to inspect a house i have for sale. He gave me answers to all my questions and even told me i should accept an offer higher than they could make. My recommendation; if you call Ben Buys ask for Craig Moore

Worked with Craig on a plan to get our small family farm bought...he was as nice and professional as they come! Answered our questions fully..kept in touch as needed without pressure and answered our calls promptly! Don't hesitate to call them ! Highly recommend. Ps he did walk the property take photos in person as it should be not just an offer over the phone.
