We were able to get some maps and the newest books for a couple of different Cruise lines. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The customer service representative was ridiculously sweet and helped me calm down in a stressful situations and also helped me get a better deal on my towing expenses when other companies were being unreasonable. My tower Dre was professional and very kind. Service workers like this are a fresh breath of air!

I had moved away for a few years and missed the level of service offered by Lita, and all the kind employees at the Allisonville AAA Office. Service was good in other states, but it's the employees at this office that make the overall AAA experience Great for me. I'm happy to be dealing with Lita and the rest of the awesome, helpful staff here.

When I call, it goes to voicemail. VM says to leave your number & a representative will call back ASAP, but nobody ever calls back. I’m only going to work so hard to give a company my business. This branch is not a serious business. As a result, AAA just lost 2 potential customers. Very disappointing.

A person who had this insurance crashed my car. I made a claim and this insurance has been in effect for almost two months and they haven't done anything about my car payment. I called them and they said they haven't contacted the person to accept the charges. The worst insurance, in the past someone crashed into my car and their insurance paid me in two days.
