W. Brian Riley (Brian)

What an incredible place to get low cost dental procedures. My wife needed 2 root canals and were quoted two very high prices before we were told to contact this school. $900 for 2 root canals instead of the $4000 we were quoted. The student dentist we had (about to graduate) was so careful and kind.

They are very good till they Are Not. Then when you have an issue because of a mistake they made on your mouth they want to act like they don't know who are. They won't even answer or address it to get it resolved. They won't return calls and ignore messages and emails and just let it ride. Am I supposed to be grateful for their care here?? Years of treatment here and After everything they want me to start over with another student? And another evaluation? I gotta pay for that evaluation too, and sit through the days of that nonsense?? Really!! Are you people loosing your minds?! This place used to be amazing for care, what happened to you there!? I don't want to be charged for repeat care to teach your students to treat me poorly. Thanks anyway. I'm done. So much to learn besides Oral care Folks

I’ve been insecure about my smile for many years, and I recently had a crown lengthening procedure done by a dental student named Dr Deepthy Nair and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything, reassured me throughout the process, and made me feel completely comfortable even though I was nervous. I felt zero pain during or after the procedure. I only took pain medicine the first day, but I honestly didn’t even need it after that. It’s as if I never even had surgery! My gums healed so fast. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference. I’m absolutely obsessed with my new smile and so grateful for the confidence she’s helped me regain. Highly recommend!

My wife came in for some major dental work. Sareh is an amazing dental professional and and super attentive. After a horrible experience at another dental place for initial procedures , this place restored so much faith and confidence in my wife. Thank you so much sareh (sorry if misspelled)

I went today to get some information about dental cleaning and stuff and the desk ladies ..the 3 of them were very rude .. Two of them didn’t wanted to issue me an appointment. I kind of turned mád and started raising my voice ,that’s how the third ladie stated acting a little more polite . It is a shame that an institution like that IU ,has those type of workers around . I certainly hope I don’t have to deal with that kind of people ever again

Indiana University School of Dentistry is a well-organized and professional clinic that provides quality dental care with a strong educational environment. We visited for my wife’s root canal treatment, and overall, we had a very good experience. The staff were kind, attentive, and explained the procedure clearly, which helped ease any anxiety. The students and supervising dentists worked carefully and professionally, ensuring my wife felt comfortable throughout the process. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. Like many teaching clinics, the process can take a bit longer than at a private practice, but the level of care and attention to detail made it worthwhile. Tip: Arrive a little early to allow time for paperwork and parking, as the area can be busy. If you’re looking for quality dental care at a reasonable cost, this is definitely a good option.

He came in asked her how she was She said, okay, and that was it. And then another two hours and a half coming home, we could have did this. All in Muncie, less than 30 minutes away. but no, they want to charge us a $1000 to show up and see us for 3 minutes. Then, the 2 receptions. Rude, rude and rude. Eating cookies Drinking didn't care if we was there, just like everybody else. Then, it costs $7 to park in the garage. Oh, we don't have to go back second time. They done that. They should let us go to fort wayne or muncie. For checkups. That's all I gotta say about that.

The campus is beautiful, and the music buildings and concert/recital halls were excellent. The dormitory where I stayed was clean and spacious. The conference for doublereed players was so well done that several attendees commented on how friendly this gathering was. The workers, both students and local employees, were helpful and completely kind.

I’ve had some great experiences with certain faculty members here, but I have overall found Ivy Tech to be disorganized and the curriculum to be lacking. The Jake reviewer is correct, the teachers at times have no idea what they’re teaching. I found out that the teachers can’t even view the pre-written lesson plans until the week the class starts. They also can’t edit or adjust any curriculum that they find to be incorrect or outdated. I’ve done too many labs where the equipment straight up doesn’t work, or Ivy Tech has different equipment than the curriculum does. Oh, and the class times are not very flexible unless you’re doing a completely online degree program such as business or accounting. Are you a Nursing, engineering, welding, robotics, or other health science/trades major? Better hope you have a flexible job. The reason I didn’t give one star is that I have had some great advisors, great instructors despite the confusion with the pre-written curriculum, great experiences with the tutors and library staff, and also made friends here. I also didn’t have to pay any tuition for my associates degree due to financial aid programs. Overall, Ivy Tech is a great place to save some money or even go for free if you can, but expect a headache from their bureaucratic processes.

So if you are looking for your next chapter and have a partner who is coming with, GO TO IVY TECH!!!!

This is the worst school ever, and I regret choosing this school when I moved here. I was taking online classes for not even two months, and they dropped me. I’ve been reaching out and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. When I finally went to the school, they told me everything was on Zoom. When I eventually spoke with someone, they told me I was dropped for attendance even though I was taking online classes and always completing my homework. Nobody ever told me anything about Zoom classes, and none of the professors emailed me about it. They just dropped me without any explanation. This isn’t even my first college. At my previous school, if something was wrong, they would email or contact you to discuss it. In Indianapolis, Ivy is the worst school ever. People warned me about this school, and I didn’t listen. Now I see that it’s true.

If I could give Ivy Tech a negative I would. I had to pay out of pocket for my prereqs because I already had a degree. Now I am one class away and Ivy Tech put a hold on my account for a book I NEVER GOT FROM THEM FROM 2024! They just put the hold on in October, 2025! This means I cannot get registered to try to get into the program I want that opens once a year. Happy to take your money but not happy to help you or are constantly trying to steal your money for things you did not do. Disguisting

Today I went to Martin University to register for classes for the Spring 2015 semester. Everyone was very disorganized and unaware of what all I needed to do to set my classes. Everything is done by paper and my file was lost because the lady said that "too many hands" had got a hold of it. When I went to financial aid the lady was very rude and trying to rush me through the process. When I asked her the amount of money that I would need to pay for school after using financial aid she responded "well you have loan money so there is no need to worry." But that was not the question I asked. I had my 7 month old daughter with me who got a fussy, the lady asked "what is wrong with her? Does she have a pacifier?" After having been there three hours and still not registered for classes I decided that this school was not for me. I need something that is more organized and able to keep up with my file. Martin University needs to get advanced in technology area and hire individuals whom can understand basic questions.

I was visiting Indianapolis when i stumbled upon Martin University's campus and, within sight of it, a compounding pharmacy that interested me. I went on campus looking for the administrative building. A security officer stopped me just inside the doors of the glazed sphere which happens to have been exactly the place i was seeking. The officer politely asked my name and intent. When i answered she accompanied me, showing me the offices and classrooms most relevant to my needs. I have since been back to Martin several times. I am not an alumnus of the school, but I have always felt like one here. In 2016 Martin helped to create an education zone surrounding the campus. The purpose of the education zone is to encourage and uplift the neighborhood. However, Martin University serves people from all over, as i found out on my first visit. — tg

Disappointing Experience — Poor Organization & Unprofessional Service I had high hopes for this school, especially given their early reputation. Unfortunately, as they’ve grown in popularity, the quality seems to have gone downhill fast. What was once a promising service has become one of the most disorganized and unprofessional experiences I’ve had. Scheduling is a mess, communication is inconsistent at best, and there’s a serious lack of accountability. It honestly surprises me that they’re still in business given how poorly things are run. If you care about your education and value your time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better, more reliable options out there.

Here visiting for a campus tour with my daughter. So far what we have seen is amazing. Marian University is a great place. Only giving it a one star because zero stars is not an option. Terrible school, they care more about numbers than the well being of there students. They remove 3/4 of commuter parking and then ticket all the commuters who now have no place to park. Mental health services are non existent. Professors are of the poorest quality and only care about getting a paycheck. Photography makes students go off campus and work with a stranger in one of the worst areas around Indianapolis with shootings happening weekly in said area. Do not attend this school, especially if you are commuting.

Please do not attend this school for it's transition to teaching graduate program. The professors did not prepare for their classes and provided low quality education to the point that I could not justify continuing with this program after paying in over $4,000. When attempting to get them to appeal the final $800 for the semester I left the program they simply refused to give any leeway or acknowledge and error on their part and sent me collections with an additional $350 fee. With no recourse beyond their own appeals process that unsurprisingly found no problem on their end, all I can do is complain on their review boards. On the plus side, the do have a beautiful campus and I can not in anyway speak to the quality of their undergraduate program.

I'm noticing that EVERY SINGLE negative review is from someone who has never attended here, never toured, never been involved in any way. They're just upset about an isolated music incident, or they didn't leave any comment. Ignore those, they don't actually reflect on the college experience itself. This college is AWESOME! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to pursue ministry, or even just to improve their depth of knowledge about the Bible.

In most colleges plagiarism is not tolerated and will get you expelled. It appears this college encourages and embraces it. Very disappointed in this organizations refusal to even acknowledge their ignorance other peoples property. Complicit in copyright infringement, and refusing to accept the blame for their blatant abuse of music copyright. This "holier than thou" place should be ashamed of themselves. If they cannot see their copyright infringement in their copying of music ideas from another established and published composer, then they are not at an academic level worthy of a college. Shame.

I transferred here after attending Indiana University my first year of college. I felt the college is a great option for students who want more attention and a smaller class size. I always really enjoyed my time at UIndy because of their great and supportive athletic department. The school being smaller gave me more opportunities to fulfill my dreams and do what I wanted to do in college. Like everything, it is not for everyone. I believe it is a great school though and should be considered by all. It ended up being a perfect fit for me.

This school is not worth the money you pay to attend. The professors do not teach and the advising is horrible. I know this isn't high school, but you basically teach yourself at this school. If you ask for help the professors pick and choose who they want to help. I sent a lot of time in tutoring labs and was still told wrong. The advising does not communicate with each other when a new change has be established. Not happy with Indiana schools at all! Best of luck to other students!

Fall Term 2025. If you are considering attending this university, I strongly recommend you reconsider. I withdrew from UIndy before my first semester even ended due to the consistently unacceptable conditions and treatment I experienced. Many professors behaved unprofessionally, often treating students as though we were in elementary school rather than in higher education. One course in particular required a graded food journal that contributed to the development of an eating disorder, an outcome that should never be triggered by a university assignment. The residential conditions were especially alarming. My dorm had black mold actively growing inside the AC unit, and the communal bathrooms were covered in mold as well. I woke up sick nearly every morning, likely due to mold exposure. Even worse, every email or call I made to report the mold issue was ignored. Not a single person in housing or maintenance took responsibility or followed up. An unacceptable response to a clear health hazard. When I sought help for any issue whether in person, by email, or over the phone, staff repeatedly redirected me to different offices with no one taking ownership. The level of disregard for student concerns was incredibly unprofessional and disheartening. The dining hall conditions were also substandard. Food was frequently burnt, cold, or poorly prepared, the environment was unhygienic, and even the drink machines were rarely restocked. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund from the university. Each time I inquire, I am passed between departments with no clear answers. After more than a month, there has been no progress. Overall, this university caused me significant stress, health issues, and unnecessary hardship. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against enrolling here.

I am about to finish my Masters in Special Education this spring, with zero debt. I am considering a phd after this. I will admit that I have always been dubious of online, diploma mill type universities. However, I have enjoyed taking one class for 5 weeks, while holding down a full time teaching job, while managing all of the demands of my family. Perfect blend! I have attended a top tier brick and mortar university for undergrad, and now the online option for graduate school has been a game changer for me, as an adult working professional. I recommend ACE for students who need a degree in order to advance their career and for those, like me, who enjoy learning, and need the flexibility of online learning.

Online asynchronous, regionally accredited, B corporation, which makes it affordable to obtain your graduate dreams and goals. I earned my doctorate in instructional technology, and received the dissertation of distinction award for my doctoral research. There is no way that I would have been able to obtain my doctorate in the state of Alaska without a program like ACE. I could not ethically go back to school and put my family in more debt after my masters degree but the total doctoral program at ACE was $24,000 with 0% financing. I graduated debt free with my doctorate. Serving as a graduate assistant gave me the cutting edge to apply for a job that I now serve as associate professor of education. The scholarly preparation, attention to detail and authentic relatable assignments, prepared me to be competitive in the job market after graduation. ACE was my #1 choice!

Not a serious institution. If you apply to teach, they do not even have the decency to interview you directly. They want you to record your answers to 4 questions and you never get to see anyone. Very convenient. They do not have to take the time to have a conversation and expose themselves. But an interview should be an opportunity for both sides. Without that chance, it only shows that they are cowards and may even have alterior motives. They get to hear about the strategies you use to possibly use them for themselves. In other words, they do not have an intention to consider you in the first place, but you give them free training. Very shady behavior. It makes one wonder how they operate in other areas. – There is nothing fair, transparent, or respectful with asking candidates to speak to a recording device and with nobody to see and interact with.

I completed my M.Ed through ACE and had a positive experience. As a working professional, it was important for me to find a quality online program that was doable while juggling work and family. The 5 week terms were fast paced but structured in a format that is reasonable and easy to manage as long as you're organized. I'm now enrolled in their doctorates program and look forward to embarking on the research path of education.

I recently completed my master’s degree at the American College of Education (ACE), in 2024, and the experience was incredibly rewarding. As a working adult, I greatly appreciated the virtual classes, which allowed me to balance my studies with my job. My course in Mathematics Education provided me with opportunities to complete tasks that were practical to real world situations. The option to double up on courses and the flexible payment schedule by term were beneficial for managing my finances. The student support services were excellent, providing prompt support whenever I needed it. I also appreciated the course structure at ACE, where lecturers facilitate the courses rather than entirely creating individual lecturer specific ones. This approach ensures that the courses are standardized and harmonized to maintain high academic standards. My overall experience at ACE was outstanding, and I would highly recommend ACE to any working professional seeking a balance between work and education.

It’s just not worth it. They claim that the low tuition helps students succeed, but I have to question that—you get what you pay for. A lower-cost education often doesn’t come with the best professors, up-to-date technology, or high-quality resources. Honestly, a local community college would likely offer a better experience.
