They never return the call back been calling for 5 days and those 5 days they’ve told me they will return the call back and never do! I only called because everyone that I talked to recommended them because they are the "best" but honestly I do not recommend them at all!! If you want to waste your time on waiting for days for a call back then go ahead but honestly it’s just horrible. Wish I could get my $500 back!

My husband and I are so grateful for their professionalism and efficiency. We switched to them from another attorney when we encountered an issue with our immigration application and the former attorney did not show sufficient professionalism to convince us that the issue could be addressed with high quality in time. Flora Legal struck us as extremely professional and experienced with dealing with the type of issues that we encountered and their work proved that their service quality matched the initial impression. They came up with hundreds of pages of documents within a month and delivered everything in time. We especially appreciate our paralegal representative, Hillary, for her professionalism and care for our case. We really couldn’t have succeeded without her and her team’s help!

My experience with this immigration law firm was decent overall. The attorneys and paralegals were kind, patient, and understanding, especially toward frustrated clients, which I truly appreciated. However, I did feel that the team was a bit overwhelmed — it seemed like they had too many cases to handle at once. Communication was fair, but it could have been more organized and consistent. I honestly believe my case could have had a better outcome if there had been more structure and follow-through from the attorney’s side. Everyone was professional and respectful, but I think the firm would really benefit from hiring additional staff to manage the heavy workload and improve client communication. Not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Not good service I paid $500 for my FOIA just for the lawyer to read it and see if they can help me to get my green card since my visa u is about to expire they got the FOIA since July 2-2025 and until this date 12-30-2025 they not even tried to contact me with a response or anything to get my application started I will start looking another immigration lawyer be aware of my experience here!
