Eugene has been so incredibly helpful throughout our whole legal process. Eugene and Tia were very well organized and on top of everything. The responses were quick through email and very punctual in general. He's charismatic and has a lot of experience in what he does, making you feel at ease with whatever your needs may be!

We started my spouses Green Card application and I can say this has been an easy and amazing experience! Everyone in the office is super helpful and knowledgeable and got our case approved quick! Honest review on their efforts, not measuring based on outcome. Can't speak about their services regarding immigration, but I had my divorce/child custody dispute with Lyndon Small and then after he left the firm with Stephen Gottlieb. I spent $38k at this firm. Lyndon Small was extremely communicative and responsive, and well spoken in writing. At my hearings, he barely spoke up for me, and was very submissive which was terrible for me regarding my opposing counsel's aggressive attorney. The opposing counsel ran the show, and my attorney hid behind me and asked weak questions to my ex, which baffled me. I might as well have entered on my own. After he left the firm, I was transferred to Eugene, the owner. He is great at talking a big game and fear-mongering you during consultation. A few weeks later he transferred me to work with the new incomer Stephen Gottlieb, an older quiet gentleman, so I never got to see Eugene's actual work/efforts. Stephen Gottlieb hardly speaks at all when you talk to him over the phone/email. Gives 1-2 sentences, and really makes you feel like you called the wrong number. This translated into his efforts- the effort was NOT there at all, and often times I'd have to call/email about one particular thing several times to ask for it to get done. Imagine begging your attorney to do something for you as if you don't pay them? Money is one thing -- but when the stakes our your children? There was times where he would "shrug" his shoulders at my issue and mumble: "I'll see what I can think of". It got to the point where I would consult with other attorneys and come back and tell Stephen to do what they advised me; "File a notice to inform the Judge about the current situation so I don't get held for contempt" instead of just sitting their and asking me to stand on my head to follow the Judge's order, or "go to my ex's criminal court hearing to speak to the Judge about not lifting the no-contact order" instead of just never mentioning that you could DO that to help my case. He did end up doing these things, but only after I come up with the idea and TELL him to. You go to an attorney to advise YOU, not brainstorm and advise THEM. I shouldn't have to do that. You should have the answers and interest on how to best bolster my case. He also barely whispered throughout my hearing, while again my ex's attorney ran the show. There were SO many points I expected my attorney to mention, but he did the bare bare minimum, while my ex's attorney had his monologue. Attorneys can't guarantee outcomes, but if you can't SPEAK UP at court and don't fight for my kids as if they were YOURS, don't take people's money and get out of the field. There were some careless admin mistakes as well in which I was sent docs that DID not belong to my case. 0 stars.
