James was wonderful and he also verify my identiy before unlocking my door. The price was very reasonable (and $100 under another quote I got). James also explained that some companies ruin your door lock in order to get you in, so be careful who you choose!

Best locksmith I’ve been to! He did it quickly, and the price was really cheap too. I would recommend him because he’s very nice, and you can trust him because he also has about 35 years of experience from what I heard.

I don’t know where the miscommunication was coming from. But all I wanted was a new reprogrammed key. Being that my car won’t start because the chip in my key is defected I contacted them to get a new key. Whomever I was speaking with assured me 101 times that if they give me a new key and it doesn’t work that it would be non refundable & that would mean there’s something else wrong with my car. Okay I understood that all I was letting the man know was there’s nothing else wrong with my car I already had a mechanic look at it and they told me it was the key so I know for a fact all I need is a new key. He then told me he’s been doing this for "35 years" and maybe I should get my mechanic to fix a LOCKS SMITH JOB … I don’t know where the conversation went wrong all I was letting the man know was my car is fine the only issue is the key and he responded with a rude and sarcastic remark. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Try to look somewhere where you are actually heard !

Losing your car keys is often a sudden and immensely frustrating situation. In times of emergencies like these, only great customer service can make your day better. A-lock went above and beyond for their service. I requested emergency vehicle keys. Their price was the most competitive of the locksmiths I had to call. Moreover they showed up extremely promptly. I felt they were trustworthy from speaking to them over phone as they explained to me patiently and thoroughly how they would make the key. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also honest. When the service personnel James arrived, he was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with A-lock and I even requested they make a spare key as well. Highly recommended!!!

I drove my 2010 Chevy Malibu to A-Able Lock and James programmed 2 Key Fob remotes that I purchased from an outside vendor. He was very clear that he could not guarantee they would work and would have to charge his time regardless of results. I was fortunate that they both worked and he completed the job very quickly and at a good price. I would certainly recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

My key fob quit working and was not being recognized by my vehicle any longer. I had two new keys made and programmed for my vehicle. James was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience when I was in bind. I was visiting from Texas and a citation happened to where I needed a vehicle key made ASAP! This gentleman was not only fast but VERY affordable and he even cut out a key that I provided. (Only company that said yes to cut my key) Then to top it all off he even contacted me the next day to check to make sure the key worked. Amazing service and will be recommending to all for sure.
