Great vibe here! Guitar Center didn’t have what we needed. Turns out this is the spot. Great gear selection — all the standards + some really cool bespoke stuff. Staff were friendly & offered great customer service. This store is legit. Never going back to GC!!

I love going in here. They are always so nice and clean and they had a really rare find last time I went which I made a good trade for my boyfriend's birthday surprise. I have been looking for this specific guitar for years and finally found it here. They also went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed to go alone with the instrument to ensure he could try out my gift right away without needing to make any extra trips. Thanks for all the great help.

Flew down from New England on business and needed a tuner on the spot. Paul Beeman was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The songs I was working on were tuned weird and I brought the wrong tuner with me. I told him I didn't want to break the bank and that I had what I needed back home. He took the time and dug around a bit and found me a used On-Stage GTP7000. He even helped out on an open box power adapter for it. There was no pushy salesman upselling. He even demo'd it for me. Great experience all around. Tons of stuff there new and gently used. I highly recommend this location if you're in the area for all your music needs. Thanks again Paul for all the help. Good Luck!

Staff was friendly, but I gave them my number twice about a certain used bass and I was never called even after a reminder after the first no-call. They also close a lot for seemingly minor reasons, so I’ve had trouble planning on the store being open. Still, a good selection of used gear so it’s a nice place to browse.

This is the review you’re looking for if you’re curious 1. Should I get my important instrument repaired here? YES 2. Could they have the gear I want but used at a better value? YES 3. Is the little thing I need TODAY actually in stock? YES A few weeks ago, I had to drop off my banjo that was poorly repaired by a downtown shop. I was a professional touring guitar player for 10 years on the road so I have unfairly high expectations. When Paul checked in my dobro and banjo I was floored that he made sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was accurate. Insane variety of electric guitars, amps and drums. Most pedals in Indy at best prices. Even if you’re a deal digger??? I literally found the exact $50 dobro slide I’d almost bought used for about $15 ‍♂️ If you’re coming around the corner in Castleton to go to GC. You should be going here first, zero question.

This store does light my music life up. I originally bought a ibanez destroyer and Paul made my day. Be cool and come on in you will get treated right. I just keep coming back. Set ups are incredible great services.

They fixed my scratchy pot on my fender rumble 25 in like 2 seconds it was amazing!! I have sold things and bought things here a couple times. Always a great experience!!
