Kris made my life easier for sure. She found the perfect setting for us. Granted, it was more than the one I found online, but the one she gave us was *THEE* one to have by a landslide. My brain felt like the meme with gal and all the equations flying by, BUT they saw me going catatonic for a second and snapped me back to reality with payment options. Love this place, I'll be back for her band!

Took my wife's wedding ring and a necklace in to get appraisal updates for insurance. Tiffany was super helpful in getting me taken care of quickly as well as explaining why the process was needed. While there, I had the ring quick cleaned. Stu did a fantastic job on short order in making that diamond look like the day I picked it up. Have always had a good sales/post sales experience here.

My husband and I came in for a custom design for my engagement ring and wedding bands. We worked with Jenny and couldn’t have been in better hands. She was patient, kind, accommodating and just all around the sweetest most wonderful angel. The whole process took about 4 months from start to finish.
