I had a wonderful experience, this was my first time wedding dress shopping and Adrianna made it so enjoyable! She got a great sense of my styles and selected beautiful wedding dresses that I didn’t even know I would like. She was so friendly throughout the process and made me feel so comfortable. The studio itself was beautiful, bright and lovely. Only wish would be for a tad more privacy but the open windows and lighting made everything look amazing. Can’t say how great my experience was here with the help of Adrianna! And we did get to say YES to the dress!

I came in with a bit of a situation, my family was in town, and I had just left another bridal store feeling completely disappointed. I called Marie Gabriel Bridal on a whim, hoping for a same-day appointment (which is almost unheard of), and to my surprise, they got me in.
That’s when I met Kate, and from the very first moment, I absolutely loved her. Her energy was everything I needed. She asked me what two words I wanted to feel like on my wedding day, and without hesitation, I said bold and sexy. And let me tell you, she delivered.
Kate searched high and low (literally climbed flights of stairs!) to find the perfect dress she had in mind for me. She made me feel confident in every way and even brought that energy into my family, helping them see the vision too.

I purchased a Milla Nova reception dress at Marie Gabriel last November. I had such a wonderful shopping experience! All of the associates were so lovely and made the shopping experience so enjoyable. Even though I was only in the market for a short, afterparty dress they had a great selection! I LOVE my dress – It made me feel so elegant yet fun and it was great to change into for the dancing part of the night. I do not live in Indy (I was visiting my sister there) so they were nice enough to ship my dress to me in Virginia.

From the very first phone call, I knew Marie Gabrielle Couture was going to be worth the six-hour trip, and that was all thanks to Kate. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help me find my dress. When I arrived, she asked all the right questions, really listened to what I was looking for, and somehow pulled one perfect dress after another. Honestly, I loved every single dress she chose for me, but with her guidance, I found the one and got to say “yes to the dress!”

Kate, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this experience so joyful, personal, and unforgettable. You made me feel so special, and I’ll cherish this memory forever.

Wedding dress shopping can be extremely stressful, but everyone at Marie Gabriel made my experience so magical. Kim was exceptional with knowing exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me. Then when I returned for alterations it was such a wonderful experience. I found my wedding dress here this week and could not be more in love with what I found. My appointment was with Madison and she made it a beautiful experience for me and my loved ones who came with me. I was looking for what a lot would consider a more “non traditional” dress – I wanted it to be white/ivory but with pops of color in the form of florals. And oh man did Madison DELIVER. She brought me several beauties just like that to try on. I’ll post one I didn’t get since I have not had my wedding yet so you all can see one of the other stunners she had me try on just so you can get an idea of the vibe and how gorgeous my options were. Madison was kind and the perfect hype woman from start to finish. She took the time to get to know me, and not just what I wanted in a dress but actually about who I am as a person. I have struggled a lot with my weight in recent years and been self conscious and beyond nervous to go dress shopping but I could not be anymore grateful for Brides by Young for making me feel truly comfortable and helping me find my absolute dream dress! If you are a plus size girlie 11/10 recommend Brides by Young when searching for your dream dress. And ask for Madison!

As a curvy girl I was nervous about the dress shopping experience which is why I chose Brides by Young. Madison was incredible! She made shopping for my dress so easy and fun! We had a blast and I found the dress of my dreams! Highly recommend Brides by Young!

MADISON! This girl killed the game and absolutely blew away my expectations! The ladies at Brides by Young in Indy are amazing! From being friendly and knowledgeable during scheduling and questions during phone calls to try on dresses. Madison made me feel so comfortable and joined in on jokes and laughter with my party. They can work with you if your budget is limited and stick to it. I highly recommend for any curvy brides!

I had THE BEST experience with Jessica! This goddess of a woman knew exactly what I would love and pulled the perfect dress! She is so knowledgeable and creative. She added small details that truly made this dress feel custom to me. I’ve tried on so many different dresses at multiple different places and none of them were an experience like she provided. I truly cannot recommend her enough!!

The experience was amazing at David’s Bridal! Everyone from picking a dress to the alterations have been amazing so far. The only thing I got frustrated about was one of the managers giving the seamstress a hard time for being behind on the alteration appointments. The seamstress was absolutely amazing – she paid attention to the details and listened to what I needed and made sure I was going to be comfortable in my wedding dress. The alteration appointments were booked so closely together and there were only two ladies working. They were going as fast as they could with ensuring accuracy… the manager did not have to be rude to her workers for doing their job well.

Such a vast array of dresses in several sizes including plus sizes. Found the perfect dress! Lauren was so helpful! The whole experience was very enjoyable!

I would not recommend using David’s Bridal for alterations. My experience required six separate appointments just to get the alterations right. Each fitting was frustrating. I would explain what needed to be fixed, the seamstress would pin the dress, and I would return for the next appointment only to find that half the work had not been done. Often, what we had discussed was not even written down on the ticket, so whoever picked up the dress next had no idea what to do.

At one point, I even had an appointment with the manager to go over the dress. We discussed that the arm holes needed to be fixed and she personally measured me for it. When I returned for the next fitting, I learned that none of this had been documented on the ticket.

I was promised that my dress would be completed the week before my wedding. At my fifth appointment, when the seamstress told me she had to stop midway through because her shift was over and the work was not done (it was supposed to be done five days earlier), I broke down in tears. I felt hopeless and defeated, and the only response I received was that she had a hard day too. To be treated that way, after weeks of delays and miscommunication, was beyond unprofessional.

This was not just my experience. Over multiple visits, I saw other brides facing the same problems: instructions ignored, work left unfinished, and countless hours wasted. One bride even said she had been there for four hours trying to get her dress fixed. The constant rotation of seamstresses (who more than once left right in the middle of working on the dress), with no consistency or accountability, made the whole process chaotic and exhausting.

I appreciate that I was refunded for the dress and alteration costs.

It was great. I went in and found the clearance section. And the prices were good. I was able to find a ball gown dress right at my price range . I was so happy. And the lady that helped me was so sweet. I literally said yes to the first dress I tried on. I’m so happy

I had a great experience with Brianna! I had a very specific color and a tight deadline and she not only help me find something I liked, but brought me multiple options of dress on clearance. I got a great dress for a great price thanks to her!! She was also kind and calming so the stress I walked in feeling was gone by the time I was checking out. Overall an amazing experience! I went to several bridal boutiques which certainly had their ambiance and lots of beautiful dresses with large price tags. I guess as an older bride, that whole scene doesn’t appeal to me. If you’re just interested in finding a reasonably priced and stunning dress with fun salespeople who are helpful, friendly, and willing to listen to what you like as well as suggest styles that are flattering and gorgeous on a very real human body, this is the place.

The experience here was amazing. I loved my stylist, Claire. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful despite how vulnerable the experience was. I found THE dress for a great price! She did not fail to include my family and the entire staff made me feel beautiful.

Love this shop!! Mary Grace was seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever met and made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses at Luxe Redux. Even though I didn’t find my dress here (the dress in the photos was a close second), I felt very compelled to leave a review just because of how great our overall experience was. Not to mention, the prices were exceptional!

We had an amazing experience at Sophia’s. It’s such a beautiful store and full of so many lovely dresses. They truly listened to all of my requests and let me try many different styles of dresses, until we found the perfect one for me. Carly was wonderful to work with! She made the experience so fun and exciting for both me and my bridal party.

Their selection is AMAZING and the service was BEAUTIFUL the vibes were encouraging and open-minded. If I could, I would get my second dress from here. I might not have gotten a dress from here, but my friends would definitely find their dress here.

From May 2024 all the way until my wedding day 9.5.25 Sophia’s has been a phenomenal shop to work with. Allie was my stylist who managed to pick THEE dress based on two dresses I really liked but didn’t love. I said yes to the dress ✔️ Revealed the dress w my bridal party at second appt ✔️ Came back to pick it up and received awesome alterations recommendations ✔️ Groom appt to select Tux & Groomsmen attire – Allie was incredible here also! ✔️ Dropped dress off for steaming ✔️ and finally I selected the package that includes cleaning and preservation – I’ll need to get the old gal back one more time. I am beyond grateful for the service this team provided and highly recommend the experience to any Bride and Groom looking to make attire an easy check on their list.

I had the MOST amazing time at Sophia’s while finding my dream dress!! The shop was extremely clean, gorgeous, and every staff member was friendly as can be! I don’t think any other place would have met my standards as much as Sophia’s!

What I loved most about this experience was the support I received from Nina throughout the entire process. Before coming in, I was asked to send in my Pinterest board of dress ideas, and she did an exceptional job pulling dresses that fit my personal taste while also encouraging me to try on some options I wouldn’t have initially considered. Walking in for the first and second time, Nina was enthusiastic about working with me and wanted to hear my genuine thoughts about every dress I tried on. This alone made me feel so honored as a bride. She asked me questions that helped guide me (as a very indecisive individual lol) and provided professional insight that helped me narrow down my options. She also made a point to offer me and my loved ones water/drinks and just embraced our whole group. Overall, Nina did such an amazing job, and I cannot give her enough credit for my positive experience!

Another thing I want to mention is the intentionality in respecting finances at Sophia’s. I visited a few different bridal shops during my dress search. One of the other dress shops I visited in Carmel felt a little too pushy to make a decision right then and there. Their people pulled dresses outside of my budget and were oddly discreet with the prices. Sophia’s, on the other hand, was very clear and upfront about all the prices and related information. They made a point to stay within my budget, which I really appreciated. They didn’t try to push me to make a decision at any point; they really just cared about me as the bride and wanted to help me find something that I love!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Sophia’s. It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and my stylist Anna made me feel so comfortable and at ease. We clicked instantly and she is now my bff! Everyone at Sophia’s is so supportive and kind but also incredibly professional. I used Something Wonderful for my wedding dress and rehearsal outfit alterations, and was very happy with my experience. From the very beginning their communication was excellent. I appreciated that all my appointments were booked upfront and included reminders with details on what to expect, which helped put me at ease.

I was very nervous about alterations because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, and a wedding dress is such an important piece. I had ordered additional fabric to add custom sleeves to my originally tank-strapped gown, as well as a bustle and buttons to attach an overskirt that was designed for a different dress. Everything turned out beautifully, and my wedding dress was perfect at my final appointment. They also altered my rehearsal outfit, shortening the sleeves on my bodysuit, hemming the dress, and taking in the bust, which was all completed by my second appointment.

I’d absolutely recommend Something Wonderful. You’ll be in good hands. They did beautiful work on both of my dresses and helped make me feel my best on such important days.

Sarah at Something wonderful was amazing at each of my 3 wedding dress fittings. She really took the time and effort in making my dream wedding dress fit perfectly and made sure that each piece of the dress was how I liked it. I had a belt that needed to be attached and a bow that needed to be made to complete the back/train. The bustle was beautifully made to look seamless and just like a shorter dress. I love it even more than when I initially bought it and felt like a princess wearing it on wedding day! I so appreciate the wonderful service Sarah provided, her expertise, and close attention to detail at each of my fittings. She also helped my mom find accessories to complete her outfit and the extra wedding dress fabric I had were made into a cute headband and scrunchie too!

I could not be happier with the experience I had with Sarah & the Something Wonderful team. My wedding dress was pretty large and had multiple layers, but they were so quick and efficient with the alterations. I’m so impressed with their work. Alterations only took two months and the entire fitting process was super easy and convenient. My dress turned out perfect!!! Cannot recommend them enough!

Sarah and her team came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Sarah is super efficient. I love that my appointments were quick and focused but still thorough. In addition to typical hemming and taking in the busts and bodices, we added a fabric belt and ballroom bustle to my reception dress. The belt was the perfect accessory to make the dress feel more polished. My friends had no issue bustling my dress, and the bustle points held up great. When I picked up my dresses, they were beautifully pressed and packaged. I didn’t have to steam them at all before our wedding. Alterations is the perfect example of “trust the process.” It is super stressful to put on dresses that don’t fit well and hope that they’ll be stunning in a few months. Sarah’s self-confidence made me trust that she would get it right, and she did!

So happy with my experience at Something Wonderful! I had many alterations made to my dress from hemming, a bustle, taking in my lace sleeves and everything turned out beautiful. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the turn out!

Fabulous experience at Men’s Wearhouse, 5658 E 82nd. Parrish was exceptionally good at his job – fitting my son into a tuxedo and offering varying options to buy or rent. What I appreciated is his consideration for total cost because we have 3 men to outfit so he offered all options but didn’t try to push into any specific routes.
He has a great personality and knows how to engage with all ages. It’s nice to still have store employees who care about customer service!

I wanted to share that my husband’s and I first time experience at Men’s Wearhouse was great! We went to shop for a tux to purchase for a black tie event. As soon as we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted by staff and then serviced by the manager Parrish. He was knowledgeable about the different style tux’s and details each one had. He also had great recommendations for accessories and shoes. With a lot to consider, we left to check another store but knew to come back where we first started. After returning, it was busier with less staff available and you could feel the “pressure”. However, the whole staff was ultimately taking care of us customers with grace! Parrish greeted us again, and we told him we wanted to purchase the CK Tux. Once he was finished with the customers ahead, he completed my husband’s fitting for alterations. We are soon to pick up the finished product! Can’t wait to see and pictures coming soon! I highly recommend Men’s Wearhouse. Ask for Parrish!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They measured my fiancé for a suit then made about 5 alterations, none of which helped to make the suit fit better, before they said they wouldn’t alter it anymore. They were rude during the majority of our interactions. The seamstress was the rudest of them all. I honestly can’t believe how awful the alterations look. That’s literally all they do – help fit suits to people. Can someone please explain how they felt they were just done doing alterations when one pant leg is clearly longer than the other? It’s laughable. I highly recommend NOT going to this store if you want a suit that fits you.

This location is great! The store had great selection and the deals on the clearance rack were too good! I got four different suits for $35 each because it was such a good deal I had to get all the colors. And I was looking for bright colored suits which are hard to find, but they had a variety of colors including the pink I was looking for.

Justin was super helpful! He helped me find the color I was looking for, get me sized, did the tailoring, and ordered the pants I wanted online. He provided exceptional customer service! I came to the store 3 times (to pick up my online order and then my tailoring) and Justin was there each time, and he recognized me, knew what I needed, and was ready to help me out when I walked in.

The tailoring services are well done and reasonably priced. I got both the jacket and pants a size up from my size, and they were able to tailor it down and it fits very well despite not being my size originally. And the tailoring cost less than an outside tailor would have: it was $30 to slim the jacket and $21 to take the waist down of the pants.

I had such a pleasant experience with Parrish at store 4303. We had quite the substantially sized party and despite the logistical difficulties that come with such a large party, Parrish more than satisfied our needs and surpassed expectations. Fitting multiple people in a timely manner, with a funny, entertaining and positive attitude. He possessed phenomenal recommendations and vision. Absolutely would recommend to my friends, family and colleagues.

Parrish is the manager of this Men’s Wearhouse location. He says this suit jacket was professionally altered by his store to fit me perfectly. I am contacting the corporate offices and the BBB to obtain a refund or pursue other legal options.
** I did email the “owner” as the reply suggested but have had no response. I hope they will respond and issue my refund to amicably resolve this issue before further action is taken

Good place for men’s essentials and tailoring service. They offer rental for special occasions as well. It was an easy, friendly, and effective visit for a last-minute event that we needed to pull together a good-looking outfit.

We came to XO by Sophia’s today to find a prom dress for my daughter. The young ladies who helped us today were amazing! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted warmly and they were all so very kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the inventory, styles, and how to wear the gowns. We didn’t purchase a gown here because we needed a very specific color BUT we will definitely be back and will pass along our wonderful experience.

We went to XO by Sophia’s for a prom dress today and, even though they were busy, the virtual check in made it quick and easy. Ella helped us and was so sweet. They had a great selection of dresses in all sizes. Would recommend to any first time prom dress shoppers.

I bought my daughter’s prom dress here in March of 2025. The dress was more than $500, and they asked for a 15%, 20% or 25% tip for the person who took her to her fitting room and waited while she tried dresses on for 25 minutes. I won’t come back here for this reason alone.

I bought my dress elsewhere but I used The Perfect Stitch for my alteration needs. I got my dress 90 days before my wedding so the pressure was on to find a seamstress to take on the challenge of my dress. Melissa without hesitation scheduled for me to come in within a week of buying my dress went from there.

I’m not going to sugar coat it, Melissa is INCREDIBLE! She altered my dress perfectly so I would be able to comfortably walk around, dance, and enjoy my wedding in VEGAS! Melissa is so kind, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I highly highly recommend her for your alteration needs or even to buy a dress from her shop, I honestly wished I had found her sooner!

I had the most traumatic and devastating experience. I brought in my wedding dress for a simple alteration. The straps needed to shortened. She measured me and after days of waiting I excitedly tried on my dress to see the results. It’s impossible to describe how awful of a job was done. Truly awful. When I came out to show her she bullied me and treated me so poorly. She told me I had unrealistic expectations. I was so shocked and cried so much. It was just days before my wedding. I left in tears. She didn’t offer to fix it or to refund the money I spent on the service. Please do not make the mistake I did by going to this shop for alteration services.

Melissa did a wonderful job altering my dress, very thorough and carefully with all the delicate lace, appliques, and chiffon!

Melissa was great! I had 2 dresses needing alterations and she was able to accommodate me and had them done right on time. Originally I wasn’t sure how I felt about one of my dresses before bringing it in, but she worked her magic and I felt great in it! Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful bridal experience at Perfect Stitch!!! There were so many options to try on but saw “my dress” posted on their Instagram and knew it was the one. Even better, it was a beautiful dress at a great price! The only alterations I needed was a bustle – you can’t beat that!! After my final appointment to teach my MOH how to do the bustle, I paid to keep my dress in the shop to get a final steam and clean before picking up 2 days before my wedding. Highly recommend!!

Melissa was an absolute dream. The is a fast, efficient, and can meet all your needs. She has accessories and multiple dresses and got everything done in weekend when I REALLY REALLY needed it! She does things not bridal too so bring all your sewing needs in ❤️

The owner and staff are amazing. She is so sweet and honestly tries to help you the best she can. She goes above and beyond and so kind and humble. I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for her. She made the experience so unique and even when I felt like I was asking for alot She was so kind and reassuring. 10000/10

I had the best time at my first ever bridal appointment today! Danielle was INCREDIBLE and gave great input. She clipped and pinned me into dresses so well and was genuinely happy for me. Her attentiveness made me feel special! She also gave space for my family to have a say and see what I was in.

I was a little worried about alterations and Nancy stepped into the room to explain the process and put me at ease.

She went with the flow, allowed us to pick dresses off the rack for our sister to try on and gave us a great experience. I highly Recommend this place for wedding dress shopping.

Our experience at Nancy’s today was phenomenal! Nancy herself helped us try on dresses and she was really good at clipping to make the dress look like it would after alterations. Super knowledgeable and helped us brainstorm what the best ideas were for alterations. We also really liked that our larger party had a room to ourselves, where other shops had other brides trying on dresses right next to you. We recommend!

I had such a good experience and Nancy’s bridal! First off my consultant was so sweet and helpful. She listened to the style I wanted and helped me pick out the best dress! I had flown in from CA to dress shop with my family and friends. Not only did they accommodate my party of 9, but the styling room was gorgeous! There was a big bay window that overlooked the water. They also gave a few people in my party mimosas. I was able to find a dress and I really appreciate how helpful the staff was. I feel like Nancy really listened to what I wanted and she was very personable. They even gave me a $500 discount on my dress because it was a little over my budget! Thank you again for making me feel important on this special day!

I had the best experience getting my wedding dress from Nancy’s! The store is so beautiful, and they had a great selection of dresses. I was so excited finding my dream dress! They did lots of customizations to my dress once it came in to make it even more perfect. We added off the shoulder straps, more lace to the neckline and a hoop under the skirt for more fullness. It was my perfect princess dress for my happily ever after!
