The experience was amazing at David’s Bridal! Everyone from picking a dress to the alterations have been amazing so far. The only thing I got frustrated about was one of the managers giving the seamstress a hard time for being behind on the alteration appointments. The seamstress was absolutely amazing - she paid attention to the details and listened to what I needed and made sure I was going to be comfortable in my wedding dress. The alteration appointments were booked so closely together and there were only two ladies working. They were going as fast as they could with ensuring accuracy… the manager did not have to be rude to her workers for doing their job well. Thank you alterations, you were amazing!!!

Such a vast array of dresses in several sizes including plus sizes. Found the perfect dress! Lauren was so helpful! The whole experience was very enjoyable!

I would not recommend using David’s Bridal for alterations. My experience required six separate appointments just to get the alterations right. Each fitting was frustrating. I would explain what needed to be fixed, the seamstress would pin the dress, and I would return for the next appointment only to find that half the work had not been done. Often, what we had discussed was not even written down on the ticket, so whoever picked up the dress next had no idea what to do. At one point, I even had an appointment with the manager to go over the dress. We discussed that the arm holes needed to be fixed and she personally measured me for it. When I returned for the next fitting, I learned that none of this had been documented on the ticket. I was promised that my dress would be completed the week before my wedding. At my fifth appointment, when the seamstress told me she had to stop midway through because her shift was over and the work was not done (it was supposed to be done five days earlier), I broke down in tears. I felt hopeless and defeated, and the only response I received was that she had a hard day too. To be treated that way, after weeks of delays and miscommunication, was beyond unprofessional. This was not just my experience. Over multiple visits, I saw other brides facing the same problems: instructions ignored, work left unfinished, and countless hours wasted. One bride even said she had been there for four hours trying to get her dress fixed. The constant rotation of seamstresses (who more than once left right in the middle of working on the dress), with no consistency or accountability, made the whole process chaotic and exhausting. I appreciate that I was refunded for the dress and alteration costs.

It was great. I went in and found the clearance section. And the prices were good. I was able to find a ball gown dress right at my price range . I was so happy. And the lady that helped me was so sweet. I literally said yes to the first dress I tried on. I’m so happy

I had a great experience with Brianna! I had a very specific color and a tight deadline and she not only help me find something I liked, but brought me multiple options of dress on clearance. I got a great dress for a great price thanks to her!! She was also kind and calming so the stress I walked in feeling was gone by the time I was checking out. Overall an amazing experience! Anyone whose experience was with Brianna is lucky 🙂

I went to several bridal boutiques which certainly had their ambiance and lots of beautiful dresses with large price tags. I guess as an older bride, that whole scene doesn’t appeal to me. If you’re just interested in finding a reasonably priced and stunning dress with fun salespeople who are helpful, friendly, and willing to listen to what you like as well as suggest styles that are flattering and gorgeous on a very real human body, this is the place.
