Kittle's Furniture - Castleton

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con Mrs, Judy Brooks. Desde el primer momento nos brindó una atención excepcional, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Fue muy amable, paciente y conocía a la perfección los muebles que ofrecía. Gracias a su orientación y disposición, pudimos elegir justo lo que necesitábamos. Nos hizo sentir cómodos durante todo el proceso y salimos muy contentos con nuestra compra. ¡Totalmente recomendada!

Sara Swatkowski was incredible nice today, she showed us all the different pieces they have in the huge store. Showed us in the computer the different ways we can design our own couch. They have a big variety of different options of furniture , chairs and beds.

Andy was terrific. Allowed us to shop with guidance, information given as needed and was thorough in completing transaction. Now we see how it goes when furniture arrives in mid to late February. Ordered new couch with our adult son.

Kittles was the worst shopping experience of my life. Every single piece of furniture ordered came damaged. The delivery truck scraped up my driveway and left a huge gouge. The delivery team scratched up and dented my stairwell, causing me to have to spackle and re-paint. I was not refunded my delivery fee of $199 plus tax. I bought a new bed (from a different company, of course) that did not require a foundation, and Kittles wouldn't let me return the one I bought from them, which cost $480 plus tax. Now it's just sitting in my basement. Overall, I'm out $700+ dollars and a lot of wasted time. Worst experience of my life. Will tell all my family and friends to never shop there. If I could, I would give Kittles 0 stars, but alas, I can't. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

We walked in and picky Vicki met us at the door asked if we were looking for anything in particular we said a sectional and away we went. She asked all kinds of great questions that led us to the one. We sat in it looked at each other and said this is it. She told us the price saw it was in stock and two days later we have a new sectional. So feast so easy and Vicki was so helpful and fun to work with.

Great experience from start to finish. The store is huge and well set up with an easy natural flow. Large selection of high quality furniture with a truly amazing number of fabrics, colors and coverings available. As good as the facilities are, the people are so much better. Chris and Roland made this the best experience we have ever had buying furniture. Their help and input in creating the feeling for our home that we wanted was invaluable.

I had a great experience, not overwhelmed with too much info or attention, and was able to find what I went to look for in a very short amount of time! Loved Pat who helped me and was a perfect ‘furniture guide’ who answered all of my questions. I was very happy all around and will be going back for more (and definitely asking for Pat….. she’s the best!)
