Staff are very rude they make you wait 3 hours just to ask a question! The need to be more professional

My fiancée has been employed under this company for a few weeks now. His pay should come on his pay card on Friday. Today however we had to make a trip there due to them not answering their phones. Only to be told "We are sorry but you won't be paid until Monday." Very unprofessional for a staffing agency. They never bothered to call all week and they knew this before today. I do not recommend going through this company. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars at all!!

The team was very helpful and caring. It is an experience I've never experienced with any other staffing company. Good people to work for, fantastic! I've never seen anyone care the way they do, it truly touched my heart!
