I have been emailing Elle Yang (marketing manager) regarding pay I did not receive from my last assignment and she has outright refused to pay me and advised she was only going to pay what the manager reported even though I showed her how this was inaccurare but I also reported (the day of) to my manager why this was inaccurrate due to a technical issue where I alerted the manager at my assignment why. I asked for escalation assistance which she also refused. Not only is this illgl to withhold pay but her nasty disposition I would not suggests.

I called this office all day Friday (04/04/2025) and no one answered. So I get in my car and drive all the way there to find it pitch black inside and no cars in parking lot. This was at 3PM, and it specifically stated that they were open, and didn’t close until 5PM. I guess I will try again on Monday.

All of the staff is friendly, but the way the agency is run is mismanaged. They say they will call you back but never do. You can speak with a different rep every day and hear every type of answer. Just because the position is open and do all the paperwork doesn’t mean you will start work. It’s a very bizarre place and I recommend not relying on them for stable income. Leave as soon as you can or look at other staffing agencies.

Phone does not work. I called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail to someone that works for integrity but their mailbox is full. There is no way to contact them by a phone. Reply to integrity- Yeah consider taking the phone number off that is not monitored that you have listed. And list accurate way to get in contact through your Google Maps information.

My fiancée has been employed under this company for a few weeks now. His pay should come on his pay card on Friday. Today however we had to make a trip there due to them not answering their phones. Only to be told «We are sorry but you won’t be paid until Monday.» Very unprofessional for a staffing agency. They never bothered to call all week and they knew this before today. I do not recommend going through this company. If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars at all!!
