Dr. Helms put me in orthotics 26 years which cured my foot,knee and back pain. Well it was Fantastic to find out he was still practicing. This time it was a different situation with my foot with the same outcome! No pain and I'm back on my feet. Without a doubt a Fantastic Doctor and human. God Bless Dr. Helms.

I have been going to helms for 5-6 years now. First two times, great experience. Now, they’re horrible. Customer service is a joke and keep on ruining my insoles. I had a brand new one, the arch was so high I couldn’t put foot in my own shoe. I was told it would be worked on, it got sent back as the same that they sent it as… I waited 3 weeks for nothing. I also had a pair repaired. I asked for the same material, same everything, just repaired and good to go. They changed the materials changed the arch. The material, the doctor said there is only two types of material. Then comes back in the room with 30-40 types of material. Basically said I don’t remember the material had for years wearing them and said I was wrong and then brings it into the room. I was annoyed. And now it doesn’t fit in my shoe and foot pops out in the back of the same shoe. The arch is now uncomfortable. This has a been year long process with no refunds which is in the fine print. Planning to switch to another doctor and would not recommend Indy Podiatry to anyone after complete lack of understanding and professionalism. Be honest. Do the right thing. I just wasted 500 dollars on nothing with repairs and new ones that aren’t going to fit. Save your money.

Dr. Chhiba is one of the most caring and attentive doctors I have ever met. She, along with medical assistant Kim, are professional, likeable, and make patients feel heard, valued, and seen. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for your podiatry needs!

I have been going to Dr. Helms for almost 4 years. He takes the time to listen and is super friendly. I have plantar fasciitis and was in so much pain that I had stopped hiking and was feeling really defeated. He has made several orthotics for me and I am back to enjoying hiking again and my feet feel great! Update, I had a fracture in my foot and once again he did his magic and I am feeling great! I highly recommend Dr. Helms!!

Dr. Helm’s is a wonderful Dr! I had a terrible case of planters fasciitis that I could not get under control…my primary care had sent me to a terrible foot dr that got me further off course & left me wondering if I would EVER have relief!!! Finally!!! I read reviews & took this matter into my own hands. I researched & found Indy Podiatry. I am so glad I did! I had the shock wave treatment & it took a bit more than we thought but it was worth it! There were a few moments I thought, oh no! I don’t think this is going to work…but patience & consistency in wearing the orthotics…the treatments…all helped me! I was "that patient" that had to have all the bells & whistles….but I can say, IT WORKED! I am back to walking pain free!

Dr. Helms provided me with the highest level of care. He explained everything and was very professional. Flawless execution and detailed instructions for rehabilitation. Thank you Doc for getting me back on my feet again. I recommend Dr. Helms to anyone with Podiatry needs. All around A+++. Superb!!! Six months since I posted my last review and all is still well. Dr. Helms did such a great job that I recently entrusted his skills with my teenager who required foot surgery. Again, Dr. Helms did a great job and my teenager is back on both feet now too. Dr. Mike Helms is careful, thorough, very attentive--and easy to talk to. His team members treat me with courtesy and respect. When I leave, I feel as if I've been cared for, not just treated. I recommend them unreservedly!
