Broad Ripple Family Dental

I love Broad Ripple Family Dental! The staff is extremely friendly, prompt, and always explains exactly what they’re doing every step of the way. My hygienist, Susanna, made my appointment as easy and painless as possible.

The staff members who work at the front desk are very unprofessional. At my first visit I sat in the waiting room listening to them talk very poorly about another employee. At the end of the visit they gave me 4 visits with the prices. They said vaguely we might do the first 2 visits together. It wasn't communicated that it was set in stone. I would have been fine combining the first 2 sessions but because I had some financial problems recently, i could only pay for the first session and I was willing schedule the rest any time after this weekend. i was informed I would be getting a cancelation fee for not doing both sessions. Im a single father working full time and going to school and i dont have much time to make appointments for myself . I really was looking forward to getting all the work done. I understand the frustration but it wasn't communicated very well and I was still able to do the first session and do the second one the following week and eventually doing the 3rd and 4th session. But after being talked down like I messed them up so bad and being told I have a cancelation fee. It was enough for me to just walk out. Im always polite and respectful and not easily bothered. I never write reviews but my visit here was very disappointing. It was also degrading to a degree.

Everytime I go in to Broadripple family dental I have such a wonderful experience. Their staff are sooo friendly and kind. I have recommended them to a few people I know after receiving such great care. I feel on top of my dental hygiene being a patient with them.

Today I had the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and did such a great job. I am so happy I come to Broad Ripple Family Dental.

I’m really not a big fan of going to the dentist, but everyone at Broad Ripple Family Dental was incredibly kind, very patient, and we’re very gentle in the work they did. I still don’t know that I’m going to love going to the dentist, but this is definitely the best one I’ve been to in my life.

The best dental clinic in town. Dr. Nam is caring and provides exceptional care. Staff at her clinic are very accommodating. Highly recommend.
