Wow. This dental office has a great vibe, great energy. Every one who works there(all positions) they know how to talk to people and engage with patients. How to listen to people. They know how to have fun and very interested in finding best possible and most reasonable way to approach an individuals treatment. Very personable and very professional. Excellent!

I was very pleased with everyone there, from the receptionist to the doctor. They were all very nice & the assistant that took my X-rays, etc. was delightful. She really made me feel at ease. I feel I received a professional & good assessment, with options for next steps. I do recommend them!

I don’t always have the best experiences at dental appointments. Compounding that, was the fact that this was my first appointment in a new town and state, therefore I was reticent to say the least. The staff was friendly, helpful, and overall amazing. I was in and out of there before I knew it. Kudos to the staff for making me feel comfortable.

This was my first time visiting a new dentist since my dental office closed and I was very nervous about working with a new dental team. The staff were very friendly and made sure to clearly communicate every step of my consultation. Dr. Christensen is amazing and you can tell she truly cares about her patients understanding their dental health. I really appreciated her walking me through my imaging and explaining what she looks for. I’m excited to start my dental journey here!

I had one of the worst dental cleanings I’ve ever experienced at this office. The hygienist seemed completely uninterested, barely did any actual cleaning, and the whole visit felt rushed and unprofessional. I’ve been to this location before and never had an issue, but this time was a major disappointment. Her cold and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the appointment.
As someone who works in the healthcare field, I believe patients deserve respect, proper attention, and quality care — especially when trusting providers with their health. I also sensed a biased or unfair attitude during my visit, which made the experience even more upsetting. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously to improve how they treat their patients.

I had an excellent experience at Westend Dental. The staff were professional, welcoming, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic was modern and spotless, and the dentist explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. My granddaughter was in dire need of a tooth extraction. She had a mouth injury that loosened her front tooth. Although this was a tooth that actually needed to be removed because she suffers from stacked teeth. The tooth couldn’t be removed at home. I found this dentist office on line, and every service they provide, including pediatric dental, as well as sedation, was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, after driving across town to their Shadeland location, we were told that they don’t do children at that age because their dentist didn’t feel comfortable working with kids that age. But we could try Railey’s Children Hospital. WHAT!!! The website distinctly said they offered all these types of services. I spoke with the receptionist (who was very pleasant) and she suggested that I speak with their location manager (who I also spoke with) and she is the person that told me that the dentist at their location didn’t feel comfortable working with children that age. She too was very pleasant, and apologetic. Nevertheless, I think it’s false advertising to say you offer a service that you don’t. I think you should be more specific when it comes to a restriction. Therefore, I give one star instead of 0, because of the pleasant and friendly staff.

It’s hard to say weather this is a good review or bad. Initially making the appointment was great! We needed a same day appointment and they were able to oblige, we ended up needing to reschedule for the following day and again they were able to make it happen. We arrived to our appointment about 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. This is when the appointment started to decline. We waited for about an hour or so and finally I asked how much longer and was told we were next, awesome, not 5 or so minutes later SOMEONE ELSE was called next… so I asked about it, I was told they picked up the wrong chart but that the appointment that went before us would only be a 5 minute appointment (mind you this persons appointment wasn’t scheduled for another 10 minutes, where we had been waiting almost an hour and a half for ours) so then about 20 minutes goes by and my daughter then asks to use the bathroom and how much longer it would be and the lady got an attitude and said “I just told her 5 minutes”when it had been well over 5 minutes since she had told me anything. FINALLY we were called back and the appointment changed for the better, the gentleman who took my daughters X-rays was so very kind and apologetic and advised us that it had been a very busy day. I told him I didn’t mind the waiting just the fact that we were left with no communication, no updates on what was going on not even a heads up at check in that the appointments were severely behind.. not to mention the appointment that was supposed to be 5 minutes we saw leaving in the middle of hers so it definitely was not 5 minutes.. we were asked if we were a check in or a walk in which made me think they had mixed up her chart for a walk in.. unfortunately that would have been a better reason for the delay than them just being behind.. while I get complications happen during appointments and things get behind if we would have been told that the appointments were falling about an hour behind I would have planned for it, I would have rescheduled since I honestly didn’t have the time.. instead we were left in the dark and both of us missed the additional plans that we had for the day. Again, shit happens, but communication is key.

So grateful for the team at 24/7. They were very quick to respond and fit my daughter in. They were super understanding of her being young and fixed the problem very quickly. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need an emergency dental Check up.

I appreciate the fact that it’s not that far from my home no more than 15 minutes and I appreciate the fact that the place is clean. My doctor was a very nice person took me step by step what he’s going to do along with his assistants can’t get any better than that the office staff is incredibly nice thank you ladies they’re also patient and answered all my questions I’m looking forward to going back on the 17th for a follow-up again thank you all the way five star for me thanks again Steve Malone.

What a wonderful experience coming to Southeast Dental. We drove 2 hours to come here because our son had a great experience and it was worth every bit of the drive. They were so kind, thorough, and wanted to make the experience pleasant and it certainly was. We will make the trip regularly to keep them as our dentist office!

I love these people! I had a personal situation arise that I could not avoid and was an hour late and very late in the day they still got me in and taken care of. They are very good at what they do, even the hard stuff. They explain things in as much detail as you want and show you as you progress. Great group.

Dr. Geiger and her staff were so incredibly kind to me and my children during our appointment for my son’s expander. They made my son feel very comfortable and even brought out toys for my daughters to play with to distract them. All my questions were answered and I feel very comfortable with how we are moving forward. I’m very thankful for this office and that they want to address the root causes of my son’s airway issues.

Dr. Geiger evaluated both of my children today, and we could not be more impressed! She is extremely knowledgeable, and we left the office feeling confident in our future services. The staff is super friendly, and we felt right at home in this family friendly practice!

Unfortunately, I had to do a filling today, it’s always unfortunate. The results are fantastic as usual. I highly recommend Southeast family dental. Top top care and always better than you think. Painless and quick.

I’ve been going here since roughly 2015. They keep letting me come back and keeping my smile tuned up. I feel confident they are top notch so I talked my daughter into becoming part of the gang. Shes only 12 so she doesn’t have a say. When she starts paying my way I’ll go where she wants. But she loves it too. I’m a real chatter box and their mouth tools are always interrupting me Gotta take the good with the bad I guess. It’s a very professional, uplifting establishment. I personally would not recommend this place for families Definitely not very pediatric friendly, I had my daughter with me for my appointment and realized pretty quickly from the Receptionist when we were waiting, and I asked her if she could change the channel on the TV to something for my daughter. He was the only one in the office, but she quickly told me she Doesn’t do that.

Once back in the room after I met the most amazing assistant Jacqueline, also a mother or maybe that is where her patience came in with my four-year-old she was phenomenal and did not shame or make me feel guilty for my daughter being overly excited… unfortunately, while we are waiting about 15 to 20 minutes in the room, a nurse came in and looked at us and slid the door shut indicating we are making too much noise because me and my daughter were playing
while waiting for the dentist. Unfortunately, this dentist office just wasn’t the one for us & we decided to cut ours short.. we went ahead and left .

I’m amazed at how great my experience was here! They extracted two of my wisdom teeth in under 20 minutes — quick, painless, and super professional. The staff was friendly from start to finish, and the whole process was way more comfortable than I expected.
I can’t believe this place only has 2 stars at yelp — they absolutely deserve more. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I absolutely love this dentist they are great!!! I am so nervous when going to the dentist and these people are so nice listen and they sedated me while I had 2 teeth pulled! The dentist even made sure to tell me that the sedation mite not put me to sleep but it would make me calm but it knocked me out I don’t even remember getting home. I already made an appointment to go back. I went 4 years ago and had 2 teeth pulled then an they were amazing then. I recommend people going to them. I’ve always felt comfortable coming here to get teeth work done. Few and far between can you go somewhere and not feel judged based of the condition of your teeth. Dr Soofi and the dental assistant Jo were there to help me today and both was very patient. I will definitely be coming back without a doubt!

Got me right in and I was in a lot of pain the dental assistant and dentist were knowledgeable and nice everyone from the lady who scheduled my appointment on the phone to the dentist were awesome. My only criticism would be the lady at the window when you first walk in that hand you the paperwork maybe she was having a bad day but very cold and not the best personality for Customer Service handed me my paperwork with no pen never said thank you welcome to the office or anything that would be considered kind or welcoming. Other than that one lady my experience for what really counts the dental work and availability was great thank you

I needed a tooth pulled and the Dr. got me in and out. They made sure i didn’t feel any pain during my procedure. The dental assistants were so nice and kind upon arriving and made sure I was comfortable. If you need any dental work done I highly recommend.

DR. Bowen and his staff were able to fit me in quickly after I had an old filling fall out. Then after identifying the issue they were able to replace the filling despite their busy schedule that day. My wife and I have been patients for a few years now and we’re never disappointed with the service and quality of care we get. A+ all-around!

My son is a patient and we have always had excellent service! The office is very clean & organized. The staff is always helpful & accommodating. Sometimes there is a wait to get an appt but well worth it! I love the text option as well to help communicate with the office when a phone call is not convenient. Definitely recommend!

I cannot stress how phenomenal this place is! After years of dealing with a painful issue that 2 previous dentists could not resolve, Dr. Bowen flawlessly corrected the work and I have been pain free ever since. Not to mention they have the best hygienist (Sam) hands down! My husband was terrified of dentists his whole life, but they proved to him that they were not the “norm” in dental care. MY FAMILY LOVES CLARITY!

I’ve been using Clarity Dentistry for two or three years now. Today’s visit was just another routine cleaning and check-up. Nothing dramatic or noteworthy about it. But it was good. Sort of like going to your favorite small town store or barber. It’s just comfortable. It just fits. I don’t particularly like going to the dentist, nobody does, but if I have to go, it’s nice to go to a dentist who’s staff make me feel comfortable.

I had a very pleasant and welcoming visit. The staff showed me my ex-ray and explained to me what’s actually going on with my teeth. That made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and trusting.

I have been a patient here for 3 years and I love it here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I enjoy that I see the same dental hygienist each visit. I have learned to trust her and it makes visits way less anxiety- inducing!

The dentists and assistants were great, but billing is like pulling teeth. Every time I go there, I always run into some kind of issue or mistake caused by their billing staff. Now, I am trying to contact them for the past two days but their line is always busy. Never going to them again!

I have been a patient for about 4 years, I believe. Started off rough but thru out the years I have learned to “keep my cool” and that a two way communication is the goal. Let them know about you’re concerns, Close mouths don’t get fed! Overall, the team is amazing. Thumbs up.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Meridian Dental Center! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which really put my mind at ease. The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Their dedication to patient care truly sets them apart. I left feeling confident and well-cared-for—highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, but I was pushed into taking out an $1,000 loan that I never needed. Turns out everything I was having done was covered my insurance plan which I told her from the beginning. They provided this extremely long list of things I supposedly needed to have done that totaled out to be a huge amount of money. I told her I wasn’t interested in all the other things at that moment just needed the tooth that was bothering me taken care of. I never got my teeth cleaned like I was told I would and the dentist butchered my mouth. I had extreme swelling for over a week, I was given antibiotics that caused me to have stroke like symptoms and asked for to be prescribed something else. They did have me come in office to be looked at and my dentist was out, the dentist that evaluated me had this ghostly look on her face once I opened my mouth as if she saw a monster. They did give me a different antibiotic and offered to call an ambulance, which I declined and told me to go to the ER. I am now paying a loan that I NEVER used and when I called the loan company they referred me back to the office about it. I’ve shelled out over $500 on this loan I never used.

Best experience ever! Super grateful for the free service community day hosted by this office. My daughter truly enjoyed the staff and said she felt no pain. Amazing job filing her cavities!

The staff is friendly and attentive. I’m grateful that I have not had to have any extensive dental work done, but should I ever need it I feel that I am in good hands with this office. My cleanings are always performed with care and I am appreciative of the support that I receive from these professionals!

This place is amazing and so is everyone that works here. My first visit and it was to remove two large molars! I was very appreciative as you can image. They had state of the art equipment to take xrays and removed my teeth at amazing speed. Dr Ingram did a fantastic job and I have had no pain or swelling at all! I was a patient of Indianapolis Dental Designs while I lived in Indy. I was looking for an Invisalign shop to help me with an orthodontia issue and they were great to work with!

Getting setup to see them for both my routine cleanings/checkups and Invisalign treatments was super easy. Communication with them was super easy and I did not have to wait long for a response via text.

The whole team was very friendly and took time to get to know me. Everyone was fantastic, I could try to name everyone but the list is too long! I also felt like Dr. Ingram was concerned with meeting both of our expectations and wanted me to be happy with their work. He did not hesitate to help make improvements and continue treatments when I mentioned legit concerns about my initial treatment results. A+ all around and I’ll be going back when I live in the area again. Thanks!!

Anna was an excellent hygienist. She was thorough, gentle, and personable. The only complaint we have is the paperwork. When the iPad was presented this morning, it was already passed my appointment time and I had no idea the depth of the questions that needed to be answered. I don’t have an issue with answering the questions, but I can do this at home before the appointment and the iPad APP itself was very inefficient in that I had to enter data like my phone number, address, and email multiple times. Finally I don’t think that requiring me to answer questions about what rating I give my smile should stop me from being complete with the form. I know all this comes from corporate so I am giving this to you so that you can show it to corporate and get it changed. If your APP design team would like more insight in how to make that a more enjoyable user experience feel free to call me.

I recently visited this dentist and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I felt like the staff didn’t care about me as a patient—they rushed through everything and seemed more focused on getting me out the door than providing quality care. The worst part was the lack of honesty about pricing. They never informed me that the cancer screening and fluoride treatment weren’t covered by my insurance. If they had been upfront, I would have declined both. I definitely won’t be returning.

I love Broad Ripple Family Dental! The staff is extremely friendly, prompt, and always explains exactly what they’re doing every step of the way. My hygienist, Susanna, made my appointment as easy and painless as possible.

The staff members who work at the front desk are very unprofessional. At my first visit I sat in the waiting room listening to them talk very poorly about another employee.

At the end of the visit they gave me 4 visits with the prices. They said vaguely we might do the first 2 visits together. It wasn’t communicated that it was set in stone. I would have been fine combining the first 2 sessions but because I had some financial problems recently, i could only pay for the first session and I was willing schedule the rest any time after this weekend. i was informed I would be getting a cancelation fee for not doing both sessions.

Im a single father working full time and going to school and i dont have much time to make appointments for myself . I really was looking forward to getting all the work done. I understand the frustration but it wasn’t communicated very well and I was still able to do the first session and do the second one the following week and eventually doing the 3rd and 4th session. But after being talked down like I messed them up so bad and being told I have a cancelation fee. It was enough for me to just walk out.

Im always polite and respectful and not easily bothered. I never write reviews but my visit here was very disappointing. It was also degrading to a degree.

I had gone to the same dentist for many years and wanted a change. I am absolutely thrilled I did. The initial visit was more comprehensive than any I had before and they explained what things meant and what was going to happen every step of the way. Due to no insurance with job loss, I hadn’t been in a while so they give you a treatment plan and tell you what cleaning I would need and gave me costs so I could schedule and prepare. The office area was very clean, organized as was the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and didn’t treat me like I was bothering them like my previous dentist. The bonus is not only is there a TV in the booth but on the ceiling so you can focus on something while they work on you. This was the best decision I made in a long time!!

I swear I don’t know how they could do thier work any better. Just got a back moller cut out with stitches and several hours later it’s not that bad. Good workmanship.. or in this case workwomenship.

They got me in with short notice for tooth pain. I was really nervous but they were really nice and understanding. Ended up getting an extraction. While I don’t think any extraction is pleasant Dr Laclere and her assistant were very careful and paused a couple of times for extra shots when experiencing pain. Talked me through it the whole time. They didn’t try and pressure me into getting a procedure done that I didn’t want which was a relief. The Dr and her assistant were really nice as were the ladies in the front office. I would highly reccomend.

I have been a patient at East Indy Dental for several years. Today I had a significant dental procedure. As always, the staff was attentive and helpful.
Dr. LeClere was kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. She’s pretty amazing!

All females! Thank goodness! I was messed with as a kid by my bigger cousin so I have a fear of men. Very patient, very professional….extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond! So happy that I found this place! Located in gorgeous Historic Irvington! Wonderful place and definitely the best of the best! I just hope that my insurance is ok with what this office is asking if my insurance because I was forced medication for over 5 years! The side effects of this medication included depression and not being motivated! That is why and how my teeth are in bad shape! I have a god awful doctor! I will hopefully see my lousy doctor in the court of law because my doctor destroyed my life! Bur not this PLACE! This place…. Top notch! Highly recommend to anybody! Even children! I saw kids go in and this place was extremely nice and patient with the little kids! I have literally nothing but amazing things to say about this gorgeous location! Also, the lady at the front desk had the radio on! I have my radio on all the time! I love hearing the radio…so another huge plus!
