Meridian Dental Center

I had a very pleasant and welcoming visit. The staff showed me my ex-ray and explained to me what's actually going on with my teeth. That made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and trusting.

I have been a patient here for 3 years and I love it here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I enjoy that I see the same dental hygienist each visit. I have learned to trust her and it makes visits way less anxiety- inducing!

The dentists and assistants were great, but billing is like pulling teeth. Every time I go there, I always run into some kind of issue or mistake caused by their billing staff. Now, I am trying to contact them for the past two days but their line is always busy. Never going to them again!

I have been a patient for about 4 years, I believe. Started off rough but thru out the years I have learned to "keep my cool" and that a two way communication is the goal. Let them know about you're concerns, Close mouths don't get fed! Overall, the team is amazing. Thumbs up.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Meridian Dental Center! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Their dedication to patient care truly sets them apart. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, but I was pushed into taking out an $1,000 loan that I never needed. Turns out everything I was having done was covered my insurance plan which I told her from the beginning. They provided this extremely long list of things I supposedly needed to have done that totaled out to be a huge amount of money. I told her I wasn’t interested in all the other things at that moment just needed the tooth that was bothering me taken care of. I never got my teeth cleaned like I was told I would and the dentist butchered my mouth. I had extreme swelling for over a week, I was given antibiotics that caused me to have stroke like symptoms and asked for to be prescribed something else. They did have me come in office to be looked at and my dentist was out, the dentist that evaluated me had this ghostly look on her face once I opened my mouth as if she saw a monster. They did give me a different antibiotic and offered to call an ambulance, which I declined and told me to go to the ER. I am now paying a loan that I NEVER used and when I called the loan company they referred me back to the office about it. I’ve shelled out over $500 on this loan I never used.
