When two other shoes repairs businesses told me they could not replace the heels on my beloved Dansko ankle boots I've had for more than 10 years (because, they said, the sole and heel are one piece), Ron found a way to do it, and they are perfect! I could not be happier with the outcome. Ron is a master at what he does, and the quality of his work is outstanding. It was well worth the 140 mile round-trip journey to take my boots to Ron's. A rivet snapped on my new Birkenstock clogs. Ron’s fixed it with the same color branded rivet in less than 5 minutes. Unheard of service and price – highly recommended! Update: Ron’s added a new footbed and sole to my Birkenstock Bostons and of course they came out perfectly. See Image 2.
Received excellent and compassionate service from Ron and Co (animals included). I had a time-sensitive repair that they took on immediately and finished beautifully. Now I won't have to replace a very expensive pair of sandals because Ron and Co repaired and finished them beautifully and in good time. The shop has a pair of gorgeous, adorable, attention-loving pups, which is always a thumbs up in my book. Been coming to Ron’s for years for all shoe repairs. I just took my daughter’s Ugg boots that are out of style and had them cut off. $55 and they look great! They were shin height!
Took in leather boots for full sole replacement. Price was fair and transparent, was told the price with taxes included before I took the boots in. Stitching was excellent and everything looks trim and flush. Highly recommended

Friendly service, one week turnaround, and great work on both pairs of shoes I dropped off. Re-soled and rebuilt the cork on an old pair of birks. Added a rubber sole and cleaned up a pair of loafers. I'm incredibly pleased and will be back! (Seven months later) returned to have another pair of shoes repaired and re-soled. I will never go anywhere else. Great service, great results!
