He made sure to document everything that was giving my computer problems. Gary is very personable and answered all my questions I had about what was going on & how to fix it.

Our external back-up drive stopped working, I phoned two other companies before calling Secure Data; they didn’t bother to return my calls. When I phoned Secure Data a live person answered my call immediately, Jonathan. Jonathan was very helpful, he explained Secure Data’s procedure for examining drives to see if data could be retrieved so I clearly understood what to expect. The customer service is pretty good! Ashley did exactly what was asked and accomplished the mission within Company Policies. Service fees for setting up network and Email address is steep, but I guess you have to read the fine print.

Leap has managed my IT systems since 2016. I would love to tell you about their awesome response times and fabulous technicians but I can not. Sure I have had a few problems and they have all been fixed within hours of being discovered. But what makes Leap so valuable for my business is that I typically get calls telling me things have been fixed before I notice they are broken.
