I couldn’t be more over the moon happy with how things turned out. I found Secure Data to be very kind and gracious, to get everything back and they even charged me WAY less than I was estimated by Micro One and Best Buy, like 93% less, On top of that they were very communicative and when I had issues transferring the data to my other external hard drive they patiently troubleshot the problem over the phone. The issue was ALL on my end and they helped me fix it instantly. I have a "too good the be true" feeling about them after the work was done.

Excellent Service Our external back-up drive stopped working, I phoned two other companies before calling Secure Data; they didn’t bother to return my calls. When I phoned Secure Data a live person answered my call immediately, Jonathan. Jonathan was very helpful, he explained Secure Data’s procedure for examining drives to see if data could be retrieved so I clearly understood what to expect. Once our drive was sent to Secure Data, they promptly examined it and Jonathan kept me updated on the progress. Secure Data and its staff are very professional and retrieve 100% of our data.

Unbelievable recovery efforts by Secure Data. Honestly, I did not think they would be able to recover the full data, as the hard drive had significant platter damage, but they did their magic and recovered 99.9% of all files, which was amazing.
