Brandon was great! Very professional and friendly! He made a spare key for our jeep including the lock/unlock/self start. It took less than 30 minutes. He also gave me a call to make a convenient time for me and also called on his way with an eta. Highly recommend! Even better they give AAA discount. So easy.

We had an excellent experience with Matt from Pop-A-Lock. After another company tried and failed(in fact made the situation worse) to program a new key for my husband’s car (and we had no replacement key at all), Matt went above and beyond to get the job done. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, was honest about what to expect, and most importantly — he kept his word. He showed up when he said he would and followed through until the issue was resolved. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and professionalism so well. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services.

I lost my only key. Losing my only key was frustrating. I got a second key with with personalized "to my door" service and payed half of what a dealer would charge me for ONE key. I could have spent twice as much at the dealer. I would have had ALSO to pay for towing. Instead I spent half as much and they came to my door. I talked to a human. The process was easy. They were on time. They were fast. They were great people who did a fantastic job with personalized service. Matt and Brandon treated me like a friend. Refreshing.

Both Matt and Brandon were great. Matt called to set us up, then Brandon set a time with us. We arrived on the day we picked, and did the work onsite for our car. Brandon was great, warm, and really knows his stuff. Thank you all - Merry Christmas.

Fast service, great price! The dispatcher said about 90 minutes. The tech said about 25. He was here in about 10 and had me in my house in 5 minutes or less! You can’t beat that for fast service! Also, the reasonable price quoted was less than anyone else’s and it was the price charged, unlike several others I called who said the price was a trip charge plus a service fee ($110 to start in one case) with hourly labor added on.
