Avenues Recovery Center at Indianapolis

My time at Avenues flew by, and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about recovery. I had a great time with my fellow recoverees and started learning how to socialize sober. There were groups 4 times a day, 7 days a week that helped me become knowledgeable about my disease and coping skills to counteract my stinking thinking. The kitchen food was good however they don't allow seconds 🙁 and you are allowed many smokes breaks a day and vapes are allowed as long as they are brand new in the packaging and you only use them outside during breaks. Overall a great place to begin your recovery.

Man I loved the Indy facility so much and the group facilitators made all the difference, thanks Robert!! The staff don't treat u like patients they make u feel like family. I was able to get out of really dark place inside my head while I was there and I found the man I was looking for. Met some really good men who I now consider brothers and still talk too since we graduated. Highly recommend to anyone serious about recovery. It works if u work it. I completed my 28 day program at Avenues and I feel like a completely different person from who I was walking in. I was nervous and they made me feel safe. The providers and bhts helped me feel more comfortable during my first week. My therapist, Valia was wonderful at listening and helping me through some issues. My case manger, Kat, helped me through some difficulties and helped me get into a program after here. I would not be sober today if not for this life-changing, life-saving experience. I owe today's sobriety to Avenues Recovery Program. Thank you all!:)

I have had such a meaningful experience at Avenues Recovery Indianapolis. Every single member of the staff has been wonderfully caring and supportive. They are truly committed to showing the way to recovery by encouraging and actively engaging the care provided. Special shout out to Group Facilitators Ms. V, Carla and Shane. Gold Stars to therapist Lauren and Alumni Coordinator Justin. And the real MVP goes to all the BHT’s - ESPECIALLY CARINA-✨you have a special place in my heart. I will carry all I have learned and apply it to next step in recovery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avenue recovery and Indianapolis, was the best decision I've ever made. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention any names but every single soul that works there held me accountable and pushed me every day to be the best that I could be. I am now an alumni. I seriously cannot think all of you enough from the BHT's, to the therapist, to the group facilitators the directors, even the Kitchen staff I'm not saying you guys made avenues my home for 30 days because each and everyone of you, I am a healthy 30 year old man or starting life sober and happy. I love you all if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Staff is great. They're spread a little thin at times but they are all very compassionate. Medical staff is on point. Food was good, Coffee was strong. More gym time would have been great.

Amazing staff.. didn’t take long to feel at home. Personally it was my first time doing a recovery program and it was nice to feel safe. The staff was understanding helpful and up lifting through the hole process. I’m leaving with all the tools and means to continue on my sobriety. New year new Me
