I’ve been renting from this facility for the past couple years.. If I could give this place 10 stars for my personal experience I would complain I couldn’t give it 11.. David and Prudence (I hope I’m spelling her name right) were some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with. I was going through a tremendously rough time with my personal life. And when times got rough, not only did they try to work with me with the best of the companies integrity, but they also had massive understanding.
This week leave this storage being it’s my last week here. And I’m happy I made a great decision coming to this one years ago.. I definitely recommend this place for anyone! It’s a clean facility, the price is competitive, easy access, and I don’t need to say anymore about the staff though I can! If I had to complain about ANYTHING? it would be that it’s rough heading north on Michigan out of the parking lot due to traffic, but that isn’t their fault at all. Still, 10 stars! Tell them I sent you when you go!

The only issue I have with this place is the increase they send out every other month. I have one of the smallest units they offer and received a notice of a nearly $30 increase and I haven’t been there more than 6 months. There’s no reason I should be paying for a medium sized unit when I have a small. In the next couple of weeks I will be moving my belongings elsewhere that’s more budget friendly.

I stored my belongings here since October of 2023 – October 2024 and never had any issues whatsoever. No problems with the gate, no problems with my code, no problems with my unit, at all.

I especially want to applaud the staff for being extremely professional and consistent in their service and efforts. Literally Every single time I called in they helped me promptly and always had a great attitude.

We recently arrived in Ormond Beach for a family vacation with my daughter and toddler grandson. However, Hurricane Milton had different plans for us. We left after a short 36 hours there and came back home to Indiana, which was a 14 hour drive each way. I emailed Noah Adkins about this and he called with great news. They are giving us that week back into our account. I can’t say enough good things about Club Esprit and Noah. They really do go out of their way to keep their clients happy. If you’re on the fence about joining, I highly recommend them. It’s a great way to travel without breaking the bank.

We rented points through DVC and wow what a great experience! We were able to book a room at Bay Lake Tower back in March for this past week in December! I love that you can book and then make payments to pay off the booking. We also added the Disney dining plan with the help of the DVC staff which was also a great benefit!

First time using the DVC rental store and I can not recommend this more! We knew where we wanted to stay, our dates, along with our room type and booked right when the window allowed. The rate was fair and the process was SIMPLE. I went on the Disney world official website just to compare the exact dates and room type and DVC rental store was more than 50% off. We had a wonderful stay at the Boulder Ridge Villas at The Wilderness Lodge! Our girls (8 and 4) loved the pool areas, as well as all of the fun in the lobby and around the property. Super simple transportation to the Disney World parks and other resorts either by bus or boat, and delicious food!

Our experience using DVC Rental Store was excellent. They gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our vacation at a severely discounted price. Our 2-bedroom villa for 9 nights was $10,000 cheaper using DVC Rental than through Disney…and everything was excellent! We did purchase separate travel insurance ($300) just to be on the safe side in case anything happened (nothing did), but it was nice to know that DVC Rental Store protected us up until a certain date as well. Unsure if all DVC properties are like the Riviera as far as service, cleanliness, rooms, etc., but ours was top notch!

I was actually extremely disheartened with my interaction with Wilmoth group. I recently applied for one of their properties. It has been listed for well over 6 months and is honestly in a really crappy area of town, but I’m a young single mom so you take what you can get. I make well over the minimum requirement to afford the house, and my credit score, although not anything to write home about, isn’t awful either. I was rejected with no further information. Assuming it was about my credit score (that’s literally the only thing that makes sense) I reached out to them asking if I could provide a co-signer. I let them know that I do have the money available for first months rent and deposit fees and am prepared to move in ASAP. Their response was a simple “we will not be moving forward”. I tried again, as I do truly need somewhere to go, and asked if they could let me know specifically what they were having issues with and if there was something I could do to be eligible for reconsideration. Again, just a simple response telling me that they wont move forward with the application and a link to see my credit report. The lack of communication is my core issue. I understand that as a much younger applicant, most companies write me off as irresponsible. I look forward to finding a company that is able to work with me and that I can actually speak with. This just isn’t that company.

I have recently used Willmoth Group’s services for managing my property and my experience has been pretty great so far. They are very professional in their approach and the whole tenant finding and leasing process was very smooth. However, they can do a better job at keeping the owners informed of any maintenance activities they perform at the property. It could also be a little difficult to get in touch with them at times.

My family and I live around the Lebanon high school and there is Millerwood apartments managed by Wilmoth Group. They have tenants living in an apartment facing the tennis courts at the high school (who also have a punching bag hanging outside). These tenants also have two 70 plus pound dogs. One of the dogs is anlways unrestrained by a leash or tether; instead, the tenant decides to use an e-collar with remote as a leash. Essentially, if the dog walks too far away from him (sometimes six feet, eight feet, ten feet or more) he zaps him using the remote and the dog is supposed to know what that means. This man also uses this method to walk his dog throughout town, the park and the school. He and his female partner will also shout obscenities at the dog if the dog doesn’t properly read their minds as to how far it should be away from them. More than once, I have witnessed the dog run aggressively at adults and children. The police and local neighborhood groups have been made aware of this. Maybe eventually Wilmoth will receive a notice about this public nuisance. If something happens to one of my kids or my dogs, I will be seeking damages from Wilmoth group for not enforcing their 20lb pet policies (see screenshot from their website).
