Jarah Ice was incredible to work with. We’d bring questions to the table and she’d either know the answer or reach out to the individual(s) to get us answers, on top of adding follow up, more thorough questions to make sure we had everything we needed answered. She kept up with all our dates, made sure to receive all documents and reviewed them to make sure we knew what we were going through. When something was off, she immediately caught it and took it to who needed to address it. She was ON it through this process and knew her stuff. She also connected us with a lot of great companies along the way, which we’ve enjoyed working with and hope to continue working with in the future!

This was a rough year for me. My wife died suddenly, and my daughter and I moved to another city 90 minutes away for a new start and better family support. That left me with our house to sell. This was the first house I owned, so it was also the first house I would sell. With the stress of being a widower and a novice seller who now lived out of town, I knew I would need a lot of support and guidance. I found all of this in Iris Vogel-Eskew, of HIghgarden Realty. She was a realtor who lived in my neighborhood, seemed like a kind, positive and knowledgeable person who had some great social media posts about the beauty of our community and the homes she had helped her clients buy or sell. I got a very positive vibe from these posts and reached out to her. Iris turned out to be exactly the kind of realtor I needed in my situation.
She was genuine and honest with me throughout the process, listened to my concerns and explained sale options and contract terms clearly. She made clear her intentions to get the best results for me in more ways than one. She set a good sale price and quickly found me a serious buyer. And since I wasn't living close by and didn't have much move-out help, she even helped me box up belongings to get them out of the house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor. She really helped me through a rough patch, and I appreciate it.
