Was a fun experience with friends. Service seemed a little slow at times in the bar, but it went smooth. Hostess seemed to not want to do much besides be in her phone. The cheese dips were delicious, and the chocolate was decadent. First time there, was an experience. Had the strawberry salad. It was wonderful. Waitress went the extra mile.
My husband I came here tonight for my birthday! It was wonderful! The food was of course great and the experience is well worth it! Our waitress was amazing! The night out package is wonderful, highly recommend!!
My husband and I went here for our anniversary and everything was excellent! Our server Madison really went above and beyond to make sure our first experience there was fantastic. We are definitely going to go back!
Madison is a star! She made me and my husband feel like kings and queens! The way she served us and was so present! Also I can’t have milk and this restaurant is now officially known to be the most accommodating for food sensitivities to date for me! Who knew the Melting Pot would be a place I’d rave about, because I always thought it was off limits for me! No more! I will tell everyone about this place and definitely have Madison as your server!!!
Kevin was great. Took good care of us. We're glad that the place still looks so nice inside! As old multi-unit restaurant owners we know it's not easy to keep up with the normal wear and tear of heavy use.
We love coming here for our anniversary and our waiter Thomas was great! He even presented us with a sweet surprise chocolate note during the dessert course based on info we told him early into dinner. We were so impressed and highly recommend the Melting Pot for food and hospitality. Thanks! 🙂
