As a new home buyer, I had an awesome experience! Josh Latham walked me through every step of the home buying process, making the whole thing seem easy. Especially when compared to the experiences I've heard from other people. He paid attention to what I was interested in and was super patient in helping me find just the right home. Scott and tevis were very professional. The process was quick and painless. They advised we wave inspection to get the bid on our house and we got it. We ended up paying 40g to get it the way we wanted but the wife loves the home. My only advice is if you don't have the money for repair get inspection but that's it. Scott sold our home in less than 8 hours and we closed our house and the other within 3 hours. Both were very nice we would recommend them both.
