They did a great job installing Michelin PS4S on my M2 Competition. I had an issue with the wheels and lug bolts, but Richard was very patient and helped get everything worked out just right. I will definitely go back

I had my car serviced at Midas, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Richard and Josh were incredible throughout the entire process. They worked with me closely, explained everything clearly, and offered multiple solutions to the issues I was having with my car. When some follow-up problems came up after the initial service, they handled everything quickly and professionally. What stood out the most was that they even took care of my transportation to and from the shop during that time — a huge help and a level of care you rarely see these days. Richard and Josh truly went above and beyond, and it made all the difference. If you're looking for a shop you can trust, with people who genuinely care, I highly recommend this Midas location!

These folks are awesome!!!! I mean top of the line honest good people !!! Went in because a filter housing was jammed and and no one at any of the places I had went to could get it off. Made appt with Midas and the first time they couldn’t get it off either so needed to have the entire housing replaced. That is a pricey repair. Came in for them to replace it and they decided to try to remove it once more before tearing out and replacing it. The mechanic got it. It broke loose. So that allowed it to be just a regular oil change. Now they could’ve just not tried and taken my money or worse they could’ve gotten it off and still taken my money. They were honest!!!! Go to them and you can rest assured no one is going to rip you off. They could’ve easily but they didn’t. Plus every person I talked to at that shop was super nice. They even found a coupon for me for the oil change. I really won’t take my vehicle anywhere else after this.

The communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way. My car drives like new, and they gave us the best price after calling around. We’ll definitely be bringing all our cars here from now on!

My second time getting service done here, such a great team at this location! I highly recommend coming here for any car needs, I sent one of my coworkers here and they also had a great experience! Trustworthy, reliable, and great communication!

Update- got my oil change. Only took about an hour. I had a coupon which is a plus. And was able to make an appointment so that was convenient for me. Pretty friendly staff. Haven’t had my oil change yet. But had to call & get some information I spoke with Josh. Josh was very knowledgeable and just pleasant to speak with. Looking forward to my oil change tomorrow.

I left my vehicle for an oil change Jeremy said he would get it done today. The store was very busy but he assured me it would be done. It was around 6:00 and when they drained the oil turns out the oil plug was rounded off. Jeremy took it upon himself to run and get one. They could have put it back in the way it was but his care for a customer over rode that. I am very happy with the way he took care of us and will definitely bring my business to this location.
