Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store. I received a pair of shoes for Christmas that did not work. As they were a gift, I did not have a receipt. She scanned the barcode to confirm they were from that store and shared with me that I could return them for $7.00. They are currently $104.99 on the website. I requested an exchange and she said they could not accommodate that either unless it was the exact same pair. No apology, just said that's our return policy. Dick's you have lost a customer for life. Thanks for taking care of your customers!

This store has no semblance of what customer service is. I had such a difficult time finding someone to help us get a size for some football cleats. We finally got the cleats for my son. It was already 9 pm and they were closing so we hurried to the register. The cashier didn't even acknowledge that me and my son were standing there waiting. Without even looking at us, she waved us over. She scanned the cleats, put them in the bag and waited for me to pay. I was paying with cash but she thought that I was going to insert my card. I stood there extending the $100 bill until she realized that I had the money extended toward her. She grabbed it and gave me my change without saying a single word to me. I said THANK YOU loudly but she completely ignored me and turned to tell some younger employees to open the doors since they had already locked them. I didn't notice her name tag but according to my receipt, her name is Kimmie. My son commented that she was probably having a bad day. That's still no excuse to be rude and completely ignore the customer. I was very disappointed in her poor customer service.

Came in Saturday with my two boys & Marnie from footwear was phenomenal!! Went above and beyond to look for a shoe that hadn’t been located, helped us with over several shoes!! Very informative and holds a great conversation while getting the job done! Great job& Great worker !

In this day and age companies can't afford to not have customer service. I asked for 3 pairs of shoes and that was the end of the interaction with the sales associate. Luckily I'm honest and I left 2 pairs on the bench. It's worth mentioning I had to break up 4 employees to get help. The associate then scanned every shoe to tell me I had to buy it online or I had to inform him that the website said the shoes was in stock. I normally buy shoes from GOAT and this is why. I wanted to try shoes new shoes for daily wear and I'm unfamiliar with Hoka, NB, and Asics is the only reason I traveled the 30 minutes, regretfully. This is from a former Footlocker and Foot Action manager. These stores are way too comfortable and that's why I come here to let them know I can shop elsewhere. The cashier was awesome!
