We love our Kayak pool. We began the process at the end of April and had our pool installed the first week of July. The team at Kayak pools Midwest were great, keeping us updated all along the way. From finance to install the process was easy and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an overall outstanding experience with Kayak Pools. I ran into some problems with my HOA and the team at Kayak went over and above to help me get through the process with supporting me with information as needed and calling the HOA directly. They were always available to answer questions when ever I called. I’m a contractor and to do project this size without any glitches is impossible. It was a very pleasant experience even with a couple small bumps bin the road. I’m looking forward to to using the pool a lot this summer .

Our experience with Kayak Pools Midwest was good from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout the process and any questions we had were promptly answered. The installer was local to us and showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day. Three guys started at 7:30 am and finished at 9 PM. They all knew what they were doing and was busy working the entire day. We are now enjoying the pool with family. Kayak Midwest even did multiple follow-up calls and emails following the install to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall a good experience.

Wow. They are very patient and informative and helpful. No matter what time day or night they answer all my questions. Trust me it’s a lot lol. The pool is amazing. The filtration system gives me less problems then all my friends who have different kinds of pools. And the best thing of all. My grandbabies Love it!

Kayak Pools Midwest installed our pool last summer and we have enjoyed swimming and family hangout time in our pool ever since! I grew up swimming in a Kayak pool and knew when choosing a pool for my home now that there was no other option for us. Kayak pools are extremely easy to open/close and are low maintenance during the season. We wouldn't have it any other way!

The installation team was OUTSTANDING they were very time efficient, extremely tidy, helpful during the "pool school" part of the install, friendly and polite! Our pool looks gorgeous! We can't wait for it to warm up so we can swim!
