OB/GYN of Indiana - Indianapolis North

This was my first time at Axia and from the moment I walked through the door till the time I left the level of customer service was fantastic. Angela Stevens was kind and answered all my questions and provided me with wonderful information. She was attentive and kind. After my appointment, they were able to get me in for a mammogram and the care, kindness and respect that was given during my mammogram was like nothing I had ever received. Beyond grateful for this referral. I have already contacted friends to tell them to call for their appointments this year.

Dr. Harris is the bomb!! Kind, fast, gentle, smart. Love her! Respectful and listens, gives great explanations. Highly recommend. Also, this office is so fast and efficient with multiple front desk associates to get you checked in quickly. Very little wait time. Love this office and Dr Harris.

I decided to come here because of the great reviews. As someone who works in healthcare and is going back to school and studying it, I felt patronized and discounted for my opinion and experience in my own body. Although Dr. Hart was not rude she was not very genuine in her approach, at least in my case. I communicated my other providers professional and medical opinion who has been practicing for a very long time which was a major reason why I came in, and that was completely ignored. An issue I have been experiencing for years was attributed to a medication I had been on only within the last year and that I take as needed. Simply because she did not see anything wrong anatomically, she assumed that my function was fine as well, it is not and I tried to explain that to her. A doctors role is to listen to their patients and investigate to help find the best treatment, not to lecture them as if they don’t know anything. This provider did not do half that but look at me and talk AT me for less than 5 minutes. This place only has good reviews for the simple fact of providing regular care, and they are clearly not equipped or dare I say, experienced, to handle complex issues in the gynecology department. I cried going home, and will be seeking quality treatment elsewhere.

The wait time was low, the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The mammogram technician Amber was so great! In an always awkward exam, she put me at ease and kept me informed with every step she was taking.

The doctors here are wonderful! They are extremely busy with lots of patients, which is a great thing for them but I felt a little left out today. I showed up for my 10:30 appointment at 10:20, but didn't get called back until 11:30. The ultrasound tech was wonderful, the ultrasound was great, and I didn't wait long to see Dr Hakemi. She was attentive, answered all my questions, and went through everything in detail. After I saw her, we decided to do labs and I didn't walk out of the office until 1:00. I was happy to get it all done today, but I really wasn't planning on being there almost 3 hours today. I would've appreciated more communication about the waits today, but overall a busy and good office.

I appreciate Northside OBGYN’s staff and physicians so much! They provide excellent care where they listen, treat, and conveniently do your mammogram scheduled before or after your annual appointment. Very thankful for how comfortable everyone makes one feel for the duration of your necessary appointments!

This office is great. I’ve always had a perfect experience there. The waiting room is nice with lots of comfy chairs and TVs. Everything is clean. All of the staff including the front desk, nurses, and doctors are all friendly and kind. It is easy most of the time to schedule an appointment.
