I got scheduled the same day of the phone call for a consultation, so they are very flexible and keep their availability not just open but actually care about you and your case. When I spoke with Stephanie she immediately sympathized with me on my situation, didn’t cut me off or rush the conversation and is the best experience I’ve had with any consultation . Just wanna say that even as hard as it may be I reached out to the firm and they made it very easy, even trough all the hoops tried to make it where it was financially easier even tho I wasn’t approved I still was set a appointment and able to go trough with the process. Elfrida made me feel very safe even when I called it stated it wasnt confidential she still made it to where I trusted her with all the information I gave her about the matter I am dealing with.
