Craftsmanship and customer service are SUPERIOR. Upgraded my diamond on my engagement ring for 10 year anniversary and the jewelry store that did the work absolutely wrecked my ring and set the diamond loosely. I brought it into Diamonds Direct to have it assessed (should have gone here for the upgrade in the first place because it’s where we got the ring originally) and Vanessa and Kate TOOK CARE OF ME. Vanessa in Customer Care was extremely helpful and Kate (the jeweler) came out and showed me exactly what she thought needed to be done to fix the ring. Her work was absolutely beautiful, I could cry. If you’re trying to decide where to purchase a ring or have a ring worked on, just do yourself a favor and go directly to Diamonds Direct.

She makes you feel so comfortable, and is never a problem, if you don’t prefer what she shows you. Joey is awesome too and a great listener.
