On October 28, 2024, I bought a house in Indianapolis, Indiana and Cortney Hull of White Stag Realty was my realtor. Cortney was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She kept me informed throughout the process and arranged for me to close on the Indianapolis property from my home in Florida which significantly reduced my stress because I am disabled, and it is difficult for me to travel. After the closing, Cortney drove to where my adult daughter was staying in Indianapolis to give her the keys to my new house. Cortney also offered (and did) show me the houses I was interested in by walking through them while we were on a video call. That way I could see the houses in real time and hear any comments Cortney had about the properties and allow me to ask questions about what I was seeing as she walked through the properties. Kelly is a real gem! She helped me sell my house of almost 18 years and purchase a new one, and went over and above in both processes to make sure all was well. She is very knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time she is warm and caring. She is not only knowledgeable in realty, she is also quite versed in construction and steered me away from a home that would have been a money pit.
