I can’t even make this type of ish up lol. Saturday I went in for a diagnostic test because my usual shop is closed on the weekend (lesson in patiences I suppose) I told the man my bass knob was out and I need a replacement, he looked me dead in my eyes asked if he could look at it- walked to my jeep looked inside and said "yeah you need another one and we don’t have them-$60 for inspection" yall I was dumbfounded- but clearly what did I expect at this point with the interior of the shop looking like a old computer lab from 2002. I wanna talk to this mans mama cause I know she raised him better than all that lol.

Came in to find some replacement rear speakers for my car. Moe was able to get the closest matching speakers and convinced me to add the sub. They were able to get it all working with my factory radio. I went with a single 12" to save some trunk space. The sub is clean, loud, and there's barely any rattling on the outside. I read other reviews stating otherwise but I took the chance on the install. Everything was wired correctly. The amp is wired to the battery but turns off with the ignition. Sub volume knob is mounted/hidden in the coin tray. All the wires and cables are neatly tied up. When I have the funds or another car I'll definitely return.

Find someone else to do it. Spent 1,350$ on my setup went out 3 times in less than a month and a half. Every time I came back even under warranty I had to dish out 100$ or more to upgrade saying it was the equipment. Then Fast forward to the 5th month I’m back sound is out, said it was the RCA jacks which they had the metal off the tip after he pulled them out, one was on but basically off the other still inside amp, he sends guy out he tries to charge me and tells me it’s normal wear and tear. I’m like in 5 months negative. He tells me he’s not going back and forth and tells me to keep them. They installed the new jacks still no sound they say it’s the amp. Now he saying I have to pay 40$ more to ship it off tried to charge me 200$ more for only 50 more watt amp, refused to give me another amp with the same watts and ship the old one. Denied me the owners number saying he was in china and it’s no way to talk to him then said someone else had his phone. Just don’t do it it’s better places out here that don’t make you feel like you’re being taken for your money. I’m at the point to where I would just like my refund they can keep the stuff I can go else where never again…

Do not waste your money or time with this place very unprofessional sold me a radio that was not compatible with my car I lost camera function can’t talk into mic and more every chance I gave them to make it right it just got worse this place is a joke

They did a Excellent job tinting my windows. Very professional and nice man I worked with. I got 20% if anyone is wondering. Life time warranty as well! 100% recommend them

Wales audio did an amazing job with my car making sure my new sound system sounded good I definitely recommend going there and personally I will be going back there myself thank you wales!!!!

They have very bad workers there; they don't even know what they're doing. I had to tell them how to do their job, and even then they couldn't do it right. Really terrible service.
