I called the jewelry department in search of a specific Brighton set of earrings as the Brighton store was out of stock. They lady that assisted me was so nice! She went and found the earrings and offered to hold them. I told her I'd like to just pay now over the phone. She took my payment and even offered the free gift wrapping. I live far south. So by the time I got to Von Maur in Castleton, my order was wrapped and ready for pick up. It was a ladt minute gift I wanted to add on for my mom's birthday. It was well worth it! I will definitely revisit this location! Customer service even at the service desk was A1! Happy Holidays!
