The customer service at Two Five Apparel is terrible; bad communication, no attention to detail, and they are extremely slow to respond. I have had to email twice just to get a reply. The reason for the two stars is the uniform is a good quality. But if you put an emphasis on customer service like I do, I will never use this company again. It was just a bad experience.

The team at two five is excellent! From design, communication, time frame and helpful. Their uniforms are excellent. The quality of the uniforms is superb. You definitely get a top of the line uniform for a fraction of the cost that other companies charge. Highly recommended.

I worked with Brady and he was wonderful! He sent us a sizing kit which made it so easy to order our players the right sizes! He was quick to respond and provided an infinite amount of knowledge! I stumbled across 2:5 Apparel three years ago and am soooo grateful that I did. From the initial call, to the design, all the way through the ordering and shipping, the customer service was unbelievably helpful. Every step of the way, the communication was consistent and informative. As it pertains to the products, the look and quality of the uniforms are second to none. You not only look like the best team at the tournament but the girls actually receive compliments from players on the other teams as to how "cool" the uniforms are. Looking good is great but above that the quality is amazing. My daughter is forever on the ground. As a shortstop, there isn't a game where she ends up clean and this being the third year of use, the pants have not ripped or faded (although my wife curses me for ordering white). 55 games or so with these pants and they are still looking great. As our organization's order has grown from one team, to two the second year and now on to three teams, the supplemental ordering process is a breeze.
