My very first time to this establishment my husband took me. Very friendly and inviting customer service was top notch. Found alot of interesting pieces. Upon checking out the cashier had signed me up to become a rewards member so now I am all set. Would definitely recommend this spot and looking forward to returning.

I have come here many times for gifts and have always loved coming here. Today, my best friend and I came in to shop for matching jewelry. We spent a lot of time in the jewelry section trying on different rings, to make sure they fit both of us and we could see how they looked on us. We both wanted the perfect rings and we often take a lot of time browsing when we shop. We were talked to a few times by employees, but it was evident they suspected we may shoplift and were trying to interrupt our shopping and conversations. Additionally, there was always an employee very close to us, watching what we were doing. We were not fully done browsing yet when an employee stated «I can take that ring and hold it upfront for you.» She did not give me a choice, and also did not make my friend give her the ring. We browsed for another 5 minutes before feeling obligated to checkout, since my ring was at the register. I understand that it is not uncommon for college-aged girls to shoplift, but the way we were treated did significantly impact our shopping experience, especially since we were trying to pick out a sentimental piece of jewelery. I have come here many times both alone and with my teenage sister, and have never felt followed or watched closely by the employees.

This store is a hidden queer oasis in a deeply red state. I cannot believe they’re celebrating their 25th anniversary! It is so amazing to see a strong, queer-owned & -operated business thrive. I found so much great stuff – high-quality jewelry, books, magnets, stickers, tarot cards, and candles, just to name a few. I can’t wait to go back and get some more great stuff. I only knocked a star off bc the individual who rang me up was really cold and dismissive to me. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked a couple of questions, just trying to be friendly and got curt, one-word answers (I mean, I guess I get it… Small talk is kinda the worst!). I’ll definitely be back!

They have so many cute and fun items here. I use my snoopy bag I got here as my everyday bag and they always have a good selection of baggu. Personally have been getting stickers, pins, and car freshener here for birthday gifts for my friends. The jewelry section is really pretty, it is on the pricey side, but worth for what they are selling. Unfortunately, I go pass here on my way to work and have probably spent too much money. However, they do have a point program, so one day it will pay off. Also a great Christmas and holiday collection.

I absolutely love this shop! They always have the cutest holiday-themed items like decorations, gift wraps, tumblers, etc. The staff is super friendly too!

Whoever answers the phone is very rude. Eli or Elio. They are condescending and don’t let you finish your sentence. «Describe it because there are many!» I was getting to that… «We only do holds for 24 hours.» In this weather? You should try to be more accommodating. I love your products and have purchased several times from here, but maybe not for this Christmas.

This amazing gift and souvenir shop is located inside the Hyatt Regency hotel, in the lobby area. This shop has a vast collection of local made goods. They also have items for some of Indiana’s favorite brands like IU, Colts, Perdue. Among the products they have apparels, accessories, home goods, posters, magnets, stickers, cups, mugs, stationary, key rings and so much more. They take online orders too and ship all over the country. Since we love shopping souvenirs, we deliberately planned to go to this store. I found they had 50 states magnets with a map as well. Even though I didn’t buy the whole set, I bought about 32 states’ magnets. They were decently priced at $5 each. We also bought a picture frame and some smaller items. Jennifer was so friendly and helpful. She assisted me in locating one of the state magnets I couldn’t find in the rack. She also packed all our items very nicely. Checkout was quick. While we were shopping there for a while, many other visitors stopped by to get their gift/souvenir. Loved the place and highly recommended.

I had a lovely experience and conversation with Jennifer at Circle City Souvenirs. I was in town from Miami for the NFL Combine and had to get a few souvenirs. I couldn’t have picked a better place. Jennifer’s customer service was top notch.

Thrilled they sell the Solders Monument statue — has so much detail! Memorable souvenir for visiting Indianapolis as I went to the observatory deck before visiting the souvenir shop. Great price and kind owner.

Wow! My girlfriend and I just visited for some quick souvenirs before we head back to California. There were two lovely women who welcomed us warmly, and the souvenirs were greatly priced, the hospitality was even better! Thank you ladies, definitely worth the visit, great hidden gem!!!

The store cannot be easily found, it’s on the third floor I guess. The employee is very sweet and welcoming. I was in Indianapolis for the day and found some good souvenirs to grab!

According to Janet, he is sincerely the most kind, helpful, and patient vendors she’s ever worked with. She was at his store several times, and each time he walked her through all the options…each piece more beautiful and unique than the last.He was patient with her when she took quite awhile making a decision. The piece she chose was a wedding gift for her granddaughter, a crystal laser engraved photo of the bride and groom. The newlyweds absolutely love it! Janet still raves about her shopping experience!

Absolutely loved visiting A Taste of Indiana! The staff were super sweet and helpful. The shop is full of fun little things, local jams, snacks, and cute snow globes. I grabbed a magnet as a souvenir because I collect one from every state I visit. Highly recommend stopping by!

Absolutely love this place; everything under the sun involving food with Indiana. They have classics from Abbotts to new and up coming local places. The multiple times I have gone in I have been greeted with a smile and the staff has been knowledgeable while shopping. I really appreciate the hard work that they do to get the different Indiana items in one place. What I can wait to see in the future is the more upcoming vendors that they bring on and the expansion of the tastes they bring.

I had the pleasure of visiting ‘A Taste of Indiana’ for the first time, and I’m so glad I did! If you are looking for some local gifts, come! Once I started looking around, a staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A lady took the time to show me a wonderful selection of items, explaining where each one was made across Indiana. The checkout experience was equally pleasant, with a kind gentleman chatting with me about the store. It’s clear that they care about both their products and customers. A truly lovely experience — I’ll definitely be back!

I recently made an order over the phone to be delivered to St Joesph. Not only was it delivered in a VERY timely manner, & reasonably put… but Mark was so sweet & very helpful with everything! NOT TO MENTION, the basket was gorgeous! 10/10 recommend & will be ordering again.

I went to this adorable quaint shop after work today to get a unique gift for my dear friend at work. I wasn’t sure what she liked, collected, etc. So I wanted to get something different and unique. OMG y’all. They had the wind chimes that will «play» Amazing Grace. Great price. Lady, maybe owner, was super helpful, kind and patient. I was there a very short time and found exactly what I was SO HAPPY with. One errand ran on a week night. Good for me! I’m leaving for vacation Saturday. Short on time. Twisted Sisters is one of my favorite places to shop unique gifts for others…and myself. The store is well decorated and organized with a variety of products: clothing, kitchen gadgets, cards, beautiful dishes, lip balm, gifts for kids, etc. Seriously, it is a treasure trove of delight! Because this store sells products made by women or which support women, I will go back. I may pay a little more but it’s worth it to me.

I love to visit this store when I go downtown, especially to buy earrings and other jewelry. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Fantastic fair trade store! Most unique gifts at great prices! The kindest staff and atmosphere is what brings me back every time I visit Indianapolis from Chicago!

I love the products and the purpose, but call before you go. I designed a morning around being able to shop there between meetings, only to find out the their hours in their Google listing are inaccurate. And then two employees shrugged this off without any recognition the inconvenience this lead to, and without apology. Just rude.

A wide variety of different items from around the world. I enjoyed the staff’s knowledge of the different items – it was cool to learn while looking at these awesome things. Prices aren’t too outrageous for the type of things there are, and the fact that it’s all fair trade makes this a place I’ll likely return to for gift ideas.

This shop is my favorite in Indy!!! They have stuff from all over the world… as a traveler myself, I fell like im home!! Its very pricey thou… there are things I want to buy (jewerly specially) that I got for a couple dollars in those countries and they sell it for $30 plus.. Sometimes I grab it, then I put it back and say… I’ll go back to India/Peru/Kenya and buy it there again… But I still buy some stuff and gifts!! As I said, my favorite shop in Indy! I heard they are a non profit and everything goes into the artisans abroad… if that’s the case….even better

The Indianapolis Zoo Gift Shop is a fun and lively stop if you’re visiting the zoo or just want a quick souvenir. Pros: wide selection of zoo-themed and family-friendly souvenirs, good range of price points, clean and inviting space inside the zoo. Cons: prices can be higher than typical retail shops (which is common for zoo gift shops), and lines can form at checkout during busy days. Tip: Save time by browsing early in your visit or near the end, and look for seasonal or discounted items that make great mementos.

Way to Expensive. Drive a Little further to Ciny Ohio thier Zoo and Aquarium and Museum is Wonderful much much Nicer People maintaining the grounds and aLot more to see and not nearly as expensive.

This shop was full of beautiful souvenirs. Although there are a few stalks selling smaller items throughout the zoo, this is probably the best place to find something to remember your trip. The employees tried to be helpful when I asked for a bandage. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any there. Hopefully they went to go get some after that.

Loved the dolphin show! the zoo is pretty big wasn’t able to see all the animals since we were on a tight schedule. Once we come back to visit we will be stopping by here first!! Price to get in and parking were not bad either. Items sold at the Gift shop were not expensive! loved the shirts that I bought myself (:

It’s a gift shop full of your typical cheap zoo stuff that’s been insanely overpriced. $75 for a sweatshirt that you could buy at Walmart for $10 is crazy. Any of the stuffed animals can be purchased literally anywhere else. For the sake of getting something from the zoo it’s cute and has a lot of stuff. The prices are just crazy.

First time at this location with my husband and this store is cute and adorable. Got some great goodies earrings, and some Shower Steamer spray called Wake Up absolutely amazing. Will return and recommend😎👍

Hopefully this place stops profiling young girls! Tony a GROWN man told me that he was certain that me and two of my friends had shoplifted the day prior despite all of us being at work. we could have gotten into serious trouble as he told his supervisor that he was «certain» it was us. When i went to confront him, he changed his mind and said he sees that it was not actually us but never once apologized to us. I took a video of me confronting him as well. A sincere apology would have been all that was needed but instead I will be making sure nobody that I know ever comes here.

Will not come back to this place. Tony decided that my friends and I stole from them from the day before. Yet when we went to confront he suddenly changed his mind. All of us worked the day before so this just unacceptable. This confrontation has been recorded.

Fun and eclectic store that is great for the unusual gift. Located inside the Garage Food Hall in the Bottle Works District.

I got my Indianapolis refrigerator magnet here. The store has a wide selection of products. There are products for cellphone cords and chargers. I got feminine hygiene products here. There is an ATM inside of the store.

I’ve stopped in this shop several times over the last week. The shop has a great selection of snacks, drinks, and any essentials you might need – at a fair price. I would recommend stopping by, especially if you’re staying at the Embassy Suites.

Overpriced. Go to circle city souvenirs for the same things but less. And they have a better selection
