Shoutout to the entire diverse tech services IT team!! I really appreciate Josh, Jackie, and Reyna for coming together to fix my technical issues today. They were very professional and responsive to my issue right away. I am so glad to see your helpful shining faces daily.

We just did a company wide upgrade on one of our systems, and Jackie with Diverse was awesome! She worked diligently until the work was completed and in a professional, yet friendly, manner. Highly recommend her and her team to do any IT work for me anywhere I go.

Interacting with Ericka makes you instantly feel at ease, like you're chatting with an old acquaintance. Her questions are clear and concise, she takes the time to make sure you fully understand her queries, and she is tactfully skilled in keeping the purpose of the call in scope while seemingly missing not one detail of your responses! If all Staffing Service Specialists were as efficient as Ericka, there would probably be a whole lot fewer positions left unstaffed. I am very pleased to have made her acquaintance! Mike is amazing and very patient. He made my experience with him very comfortable. He help me resolve the issue with my laptop and made me laugh through the process. June is the lady at Diverse Tech I am blessed to have been assigned to, if and when I need her she is there! She always answers the call with a positive attitude, ready to assist in any way she can.
