I needed someone to carry out a relatively simple task; remove and dispose a broken down refrigerator. I called other companies and many required so much non-relative information; never once having contact with a live person. I called Indy Pickup and pretty quickly a live person responded; very courteous and professional. They asked what I want done; I told them, they gave me a price and inquired when I want it done.
We settled on both and the next day: job well done! Sometimes old school is better than high tech. Let’s talk and decide and get the job done and that’s what they did.

I was told I’d get a courtesy call when the pickup team was on the way so I wouldn’t need to wait at home, but the tech called only once he arrived. He hadn’t been told by dispatch to call ahead, but was kind enough to wait after I explained. There was a miscommunication, but the tech was friendly and accommodating. The service is affordable and reliable—they have even picked up an old grill from us for free. Despite the mix-up, I’d still recommend them and will continue to use them for my bulk pickup needs in the future!

My iPhone was bent and shattered. Ordered the parts through them, took 2 days to get to the store, dropped off my phone and the screen and back holding was replaced perfectly. My phone looks and works like brand new. Told me to come back in if I had any issues as back holding replaced have common problems.
The parts are not the cheap, prone to breaking, they are nice and sturdy.
If I ever need a repair will definitely come here. Only $385 for the entire replacement including parts and labor.

Ballard computes is a gem. I had a laptop which spontaneously stopped posting a BIOS that was beyond my ability to fix. Marvin de-soldered the chip restored the bios and had it working quickly, this is pretty esoteric work and it’s amazing to have someone capable of it nearby. I want to compliment Robert and his team for the great experience I had recently in reviving an iPhone 16e that had been inadvertently run over by a car. This was a 2week old phone with no insurance coverage (Which I decline on principle since we have a history of never needing!!).
Robert was able to assess and troubleshoot what was needed to repair quickly, had a new screen in inventory (which was amazing given how new the model is) and promptly got me back in business all over a couple of hours.

The new location is a little out-of-the-way on Franklin Rd but is friendly and inviting and has comfortable enough seating & wifi for waiting on your work if that is appropriate to the fix.
My two fixes (screen and camera model) were done quickly and affordably (and I exactly what was quoted). No surprises.

Indy Phone Doctor has saved my phone twice in the last month! First, my phone was randomly shutting down without warning, so I brought it in and learned that the battery was swelling. They showed me the swollen battery, how it was pushing the back of the phone out, and had me note the chemical smell so I knew signs of it were to happen again, and explained that if a phone won’t hold a charge (mine didn’t. It would lose charge quickly and eventually I had to keep it constantly on a charger), the battery needs replaced. In times past, I would have probably just gotten a new phone – this was much less expensive of a fix and no new-phone-adjustment necessary! They were fast too, and despite it being almost the end of the work day, I had my phone in working order in less than an hour.
A few weeks later, I dropped my phone in a shallow kids pool for half a second. I immediately rushed it in to the store hoping they could help me. They said they don’t handle water damage, because they can’t guarantee it will work, but offered to use some of their tools to dry it, since I had just replaced the battery. After they vacuumed around and inside the phone, I brought it home and left it open with a cool fan on the internal components for several hours, and then left it in a sealed container with a silica packet for 36 hours – it works without a single glitch!!! It would have been lost for sure without their generous help in opening it up to dry it out so quickly. Thank you Indy Phone Doctor!!

Robert does fantastic work at a great price! Had a minor crack on my Samsung, and he talked me into getting an anti-glare, smooth screen protector, which is 4x less than the cost of replacing the entire screen. The service was great and they came to remove my sleeper sofa the very next day after I scheduled online. The crew was friendly, and moved the furniture from the second floor of our home and had to maneuver a narrow hallway, but did so while ensuring no damage to our walls/home. The ONLY thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the website implies that you will receive a text/call in the morning of your service with a time frame, which I never received. I was hoping to be given a shorter window for when to expect them to arrive but was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival, which meant I had to stay home/available for the entire 12 hour window. The company was very responsive via text, however, and once I was notified they were en route, they did arrive within the hour. This may have been because I scheduled last minute. All in all, a great service, but just be willing to be flexible and plan to be homebound for a day. 🙂
