Karen and Amber were such a fantastic help today when I came in with many questions about leasing a new storage unit. They were, and are, beyond knowledgeable in every aspect of the business! And to top it off, the customer service was phenomenal. World Class, I’d say. The facility was also super clean and sparkly. Bravo ladies! Keep up the great work and thanks so much for all you do!

Amber is amazing!!! She truly cares and makes this process so easy. I’ve heard the other worker, Karen is amazing as well, but today I dealt with Amber. She’s so compassionate and answers all of your questions (even if you forget and keep asking a million times like me). I was at Store Space this time due to my dad passing and needing to clean out his unit. Amber was so kind to me and was also so sympathetic to my situation. She does everything she can to help you out. The place is also very clean every time I visit and smells great. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

Manager Karen has been wonderful. She understood immediately the size and location we needed and found a great space on the spot. She keeps the building cleaner than any previous manager in the 5 years we have had a storage unit there. We lost a key for our lock, and she was helpful with that, too.
