Stereo Advantage

I've been going to Stereo Advantage for years but there customer service and service has gone down. I went in for an issue to have something removed that was installed. No fault to them, the system wasn't working well anymore so I had it taken out. But I left with an entirely new issue and when I brought it to their attention before pulling off. I was told it's my issue, so I have to go pay more money for another issue that was never there. Im not recommending them anymore. Plenty of audio shops around.

I stopped by to see about getting a new radio for my Camry. I spoke with Bruce about which brand would work and of course the price, and time frame which was about a week. I'm Very Happy with the Alpine Radio, and the service I received and would definitely use them in the future !

The best place for windows tinting I keep coming back here This is how customer services was meant to feel when you go to a car shop I recommend this place 100% It is my 3rd rodeo with them and manny more to come , keep up the good work (Bruce and the other employees deserve more money) for the quality of their work

Great place for auto stereo ! I wanted an updated radio system for my 2011 Tacoma and fortunately found Stereo Advantage. Bruce is very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained several options and pricing. Installation was quick and complete. The installer helped with explaining operation of my new radio. I highly recommend this business !

I called to make an appointment to get remote start reprogrammed. I was told next available appointment was the following Wednesday, I said that’s fine what time? He provided me with the hours of operation. I have my car taken there Wednesday only to be told next available appointments for the following Monday they are booked. I adv of previous conversation he doesn’t apologize but only says oh there must have been some miscommunication do want an appointment or not for the next date. I then say well are you going to apologize because you are the owner and the one I spoke with. He then says O just said must have been some miscommunication. Also my nephew who I had take my car there for me says when he was waiting to be assisted the owner seemed rude and bothered as he did not ask how he could assist or even greet him

Been a few weeks since I went in for my tint. No appointment and they still got me in and out within a few hours. The tint looks great!! Highly recommend. They offer 99$ service but it comes to 120 in the end. Will definitely be back to see what stereo/audio setup they offer.

Brought my truck here and asked them to fix the faulty connections. They looked at the truck and said they could fix it for $100. Waited 2.5 hrs and now NONE OF MY LIGHTS WORK!! So the $100 quote is now $190 and nothing works. So maybe this isn’t the place for wiring. Owner was friendly and courteous. I couldn’t do business that way.
